Great news. It just seems a logical step in the right direction. They have a bunch of additional content that they can sell to the F2P users, right? Just an all round win / win. I do recommend that you purchase the full game, but if you're a MP junkie then this alone will satisfy your needs.

There are a lot of mini stipulations that sway my decision, though. Lets say a game gets released on a console and handheld at same time. I would usually go with the console. However, they bring a classic game back from the past on a handheld then it has to be bought. That is why Nintendo get away with it for me. Sony get away with selling me HD editions too.

I would love to see Metroid Prime on the 3DS. Something about the visor's hud being in the foreground whilst displayed in 3D seems interesting. The game is beautiful. Mario Sunshine wouldbe great since the camera tends to shift to show you how insanely high you are.
I don't think that is a hard goal to reach. I can't remember the PS1 line up, for the PS2 I got SSX and Tekken Tag and I got the PS3 4 months after release here in Europe, but the launch titles didn't do much for me. I did get both Motorstorm and RFOM which were launch titles here in EU.

Yeah, that price is rather appealing. I have only played it for an hour or so and got bored, but I see the potential for people who like this kind of stuff. Decent game. I recently picked up House of the Dead Overkill for a cheap price because I'm craving for a Move title. I would love to have seen it on the store for a similar price. I still haven't played it yet.
This has turned me from showing no interest in the Vita to a potential buyer. Obviously I will wait and see how things turn out before I hand over my cash. The fact I have Gravity Rush, Uncharted and Mortal Kombat available for download because of PS+ is killing me, though. Tempting.
I wouldn't know. I stopped checking in 2008 and just bought multi plats for my PS3 regardless. I would assume at this point in the generation there is not a lot seperating the two.

Just stick to the ratings provided. If you don't mind your child playing something that is a bit too mature for their age group then make sure you know what content you're exposing them to. Simple really. No real need for this list, but I guess it helps with my 2nd point.

Machinima were crap way before they gave Tomb Raider a bad score.
I can't quite put my finger on it, but it's like they have a lack of professionalism. The reviews are the weakest part of Machinima, for sure.
Strong score. A score that increases my confidence in the title. This title could have ended up being shocking. I hardly expect it to be the title it once was, but that is okay and understandable. Games that score around the 8 mark usually spark the best discussions in the online communities. Can't wait to give it a try.
I had never played a Diablo game before and I purchased D3 some time around September last year. I didn't like it much. I am happy that Blizzard is working with Sony, but I was just hoping for a better game, to be quite honest.

If you update steam then it renders your previous version useless. Upgrading to a ps4 doesn't render your previous playstation useless. You can still play your content on the ps3.

THIS will be a great title. I love infamous 1. How have I not played the 2nd game? I'm going to download it off my instant game collection and play through it asap.
Whilst I am not over the moon about the idea I can tolerate micro transactions as long as they don't become borderline necessary. I don't want to see games built around micro transactions (unless it is f2p).
