They were a great way to introduce the wii and create foundations for the future. I personally liked the controls. Sure, you can hit a button on a controller and have link do the same swing animations as waving the wiimote, but the swinging just felt so natural and in place. Running through grass and flicking the wiimote to chop it all was great fun for me haha.
It may have been designed for the gamecube, but the wii version takes it for me based on the control scheme.
I don't fear changing from PS3 to PS4, that's for sure.
The fact I am white doesn't make me immune to other people being rude to me because of the colour of my skin, but I see your overall point and agree with it.
I don't notice anything about the current trends involving the race of main characters in video ganes. If it's a human lead then it's a human lead. Colour / race doesn't matter, right?
Just because I won't use the feature doesn't mean there are not other people out there who would benifit from it. So yes, it would suck.
I don't use my PS3 for playing CD's, but it would suck if the PS4 lacked the feature. I think CD's still play a part in creating the ultimate multi media gaming console.
I am looking forward to GodOW more than GOW, but both games will be solid.

Made games fun again? Define fun? I don't think something has to be innovative to be fun. Games remain fun to me to this day on the PS3. LBP, GodOW, Uncharted, Infamous, Black Ops, Sleeping Dogs, Dark Souls, Rayman Origins, Flower, Journey... yeah, I am still having fun with my PS3. If anything the PS4 will maintain the "fun" factor. To say a console brought back "fun games" implies that games on the PS3 are not fun anymore (which they are).

I think you will find all communities are in general intolerable to each other. It goes much deeper than the gaming world. It starts small from hating CoD players, hating system users, religions vs each other and atheism, rich vs poor, the internet wrestling community vs john cena. Pre owned games help the industry imo. I never fancied Borderlands, I bought it super cheap pre owned and loved it. Now I have contributed an official number to the sales of Borderlands 2. I have done it with many other titles too. Sure not everyone treats games this way, but I bet plenty of people do. Consumers who buy pre owned a majority of the time are not killing the industry either. They are keeping stores open so that brand new games can still be released in the retail market.

Same here. When I want to show love for someone I am a big fan of I usually buy the physical CD. I just feel like I truly own what I payed for.
The same people who are saying "CD's are old school, nobody wants them, blahhh blahhh" are going to be complaining when digital distribution of their games becomes main priority.
