I'm not surprised, Call of Duty 4 is just a better game plain and simple.
Just like the Call of Duty's before CoD4 people will continue to play for years to come.

I would say that the ToS is more for legal reasons. Microsoft for sure owes its customers some sort of compensation if they want to have any respect from its customers. That's why they are giving a free arcade game.
It's too bad that he stopped playing on live (or letting his children play) because there is an option where you can block communication from everyone or you can block everyone who's not on your friends list.
Which is what I do because most of the time I'm playing with my friends and I'm only talking to them anyways. I think it's a feature that most people aren't aware of.

They won't let you buy them because they want you to buy the HD DVD add-on. If they let you keep the downloaded movies it would be a little redundant.

In my opinion your sexual orientation has nothing to do playing video games. It's too bad that the homosexual community feels the need to put their sexuality out there. There really is no point. You clearly don't know much about the Call of Duty franchise. It's been 7 years since the first CoD. It started on the PC and is still being played on the PC. The charts speak for themselves.
