My guess is they're posting dates just to get more exposure and web hits.
Are you really that lazy you can't get your ass off the couch to change the disc? If anything it's going to be good for you. Do you only play one game? Or do you call your mom over to change the disc for you?

I don't see why Haze will be a "Halo-killer." Unless you have both systems you're not going to have a hard time picking out which game you want. Even then I'm sure most people would get both.

I don't know why Sony even bothered with making the PS3. The PS2 is still bringing in the money!
All I'm going to say is you can buy anything for the right price. I don't see how that's such a far fetched idea. Some games are not remaining exclusive simply because they don't think they'll make a profit on one console. Now if someone could compensate the low sales ie pay to keep it exclusive then I'd imagine it would stay that way. And obviously Microsoft hasn't offered enough money to buy MGS off of Konami.
I will say that I'm sure MGS will be on everyone's PS3 which righ...

I don't even remember the last time I paid full price for a game because I think $60 for a game is ridiculous.

My guess is they're sold out because they didn't have much to begin with. They've probably had the same 20 consoles since launch and with the new price drop people are starting to pick them up. Which is a good thing.

You're on your 5th console and it's just now getting aggravating? Wow, you have a lot of patience. I almost took mine back when it froze up several times in a week. When mine breaks down, I'm more than likely going to get a PS3.

I don't think anyone is arguing the success of MGS is going to have. The debate is when/if it comes out on the 360 how it will be done.
Sorry guys I'm going to have to disagree with you both. Apparently we have a different definition of "acceptable." I hardly think it isn't "acceptable" to put a game on more than one disk and it certainly doesn't make it impossible to put the MGS on the 360. I'm pretty sure any gamer would buy the game regardless of how many discs it comes on.
