^^^You do realize out of all those Sony games you mentioned (I counted 17)....Only 9 of those games were released for PS3, all the others are either coming next-gen on PS4 or were previous on PS2, or PSP/PSV.
The fact that the 12 Xbox games I mentioned, ALL of them were on Xbox 360. 5 Halos, 4 Forza's and 3 Fables and I forgot to mention 4 Gears of War's, for a combined 16 games over 4 franchises in the span of 8 years in Xbox 360's life.
My poin...
XBLI/XNA "was" the most open platform for Indie's on consoles, but since Microsoft have stopped the development tools and have taken the XNA project off of Xbox 360's everywhere, where can I play indie games on my Xbox 360 as of right now?? You can't, unless the devs go through Microsoft first and they publish your game to Xbox Live Arcade, but that takes away the whole concept of an open-platform and having their games being accessed by anyone without going through an a...
I find it funny that not too long ago Microsoft dumped their XNA/Indie support for XBox 360, which although brought some very dull games, was still a great way for Indie Devs to get their games on Xbox Live Arcade and play them on the TV with the 360 controller.
Now all-of-a-sudden, with Sony's next-gen surge to core gamers and indie gamers combined, seems Microsoft are now playing catch-up, and seeing if there's anyway to get indie devs back on Xbox.

GDC is a very important place for game developers, but not for worldwide media attention....that's E3.
They will have Spike TV and possibly CNBC have live coverage at Microsoft E3 conference and announce it to as many people around the world as they can to generate excitement. You just don't get the same media attention and attraction at GDC as you do at E3.
LOL...that was hilarious watching Gerstmann and McNamara talk all the good things about the PlayStation 4 and how the developer support and enthusiasm is so strong for PS4 right now, and while they are "praising" PS4, Keighley and Pachter just look so astonished and surprised that they're not saying good things about the next Xbox...
I would like to see Pachter start his own show called "Pachter Bets!" seeing as how he is so good at predicting things, ...
I highly doubt these rumored Xbox press events were real to being with. I just don't see M$ doing that, when they can just wait till E3 and announce/show off everything about the Next-Gen Xbox all in one show and "try" to steal some of Sony's thunder within a 2.5hr press conference.
CPU's never tap into the full amount of memory bandwidth in a PC or console. Intel's Core i7-3770K has a maximum memory bandwidth of 25.6GB/s, So if PS4's CPU memory bandwidth is around 20GB/s, that's still pretty reasonable, and don't forget:
1) Use of GDDR5, will give the CPU accelerated boosts at certain times when needed, unlike using conventional DDR3
2) It is a custom APU, meaning technically the entire system CPU+GPU can get streamlined acce...
I can finally say this, because they are a multi-plat developer now, Bungie Studios!
If anyone actually buys this device, they should immediately go see their doctor and get a MRI scan of their brain....cause something's wrong :s
Ever since February 20, I cannot think of one reason why I would not buy a PS4! Sony (SCE) have done an amazing job with restructuring the PlayStation company and brand, with an entirely new focus solely on the gamer and the gaming experience(s)....Something we haven't seen from the Big 3 in a really long time, and all this is making E3 the most exciting place to be come June :D
Metal Gear Solid 5 on PC!!! Very Awesome...:D
I wouldn't mind having a key please! Thanks :D
Yeah I don't know how or where you heard Canada has no taxes?? I mean Alberta is the only province that has a single digit tax rate (at 5% GST) because they don't have a provincial tax.
Here in British Columbia, we have 12% BST, although starting in April/May we are going back to PST/GST and it's still at 12%...Nova Scotia's is at 15% :O
I can honestly say I was initially excited for the Wii U when it was announced, but Nintendo have done a lot of mistakes from tech specs to advertising & marketing.
For starters, they shouldn't of named it Wii U. Parents, grandparents, and people who don't follow gaming news often will think of Wii U as just an add-on bundled Wii with a gamepad (essentially it is being b/c with all existing Wii hardware and software). Revolution is even a better name than Wii U, b...
I can't even begin to imagine what would happen if Microsoft actually launched the Next Xbox in June. It's Psychological Warfare....
"Sony says we're going to wait and see what M$ announce first before we announce anything. BAMB! Feb.20- PS4 gets announced and will be launching Holiday 2013. M$ hires an event partner to plan out a conference to announce their Next Xbox in April- they actually show off the console and one up Sony(LOL) and announce Holiday 2013...
actually @shutUpAndTakeMyMoney is right and wrong. For desktop/gaming PC's, the Intel 3570K does slightly outperform the AMD FX 8350 Black Edition:

Having said that, Yes from my experience Intel and Nvidia are great for Gaming Rigs and Desktop PCs, however, in the case of console hardware, AMD has been more relevant than Nvidi...
^^^ Someone needs a lesson in English 101 first, before he should be allowed to comment on events that have not occurred yet, thus making said individual look slightly less uneducated.
Yeah, I'm clearly a fanboy. Since when did reporting news and having another site source become being a fanboy?? (If you were smart and check my submissions, I report news on every console, not all "fanboy hyperbole bull****")
I'm not so sure about right at launch with the next consoles. Bungie hinted at the possibility of launching Holiday 2013, but Activision quickly turned it around saying doubtful for 2013.
OT: There's only one reason I need to care about Destiny: "Developed by Bungie"
Screw you Disney, you greedy ***holes. I hope Infinity (which is a ripoff of skylanders anyways, really innovative!) causes you guys to go bankrupt and get out of the interactive media/gaming business forever. ERRRR...
Here's their brief quote:
