By the time I Platinum'd it, I hated it. I'm looking forward to the sequel though, since it'll hopefully fix all the things that annoyed the hell out of me in the first game.
Honestly, the Crysis 2 gameplay demo at E3 looked liked nothing special. It looks generic, in fact. Not exactly high on my list of anticipated games.
What I find funny is that Xbox fanboys like you always rip on PS3 fanboys because you think that you are justified in your fanboyism, but PS3 fanboys aren't.
The fact of the matter is, the guy hasn't even seen Killzone 3 in 3D, so he has no reason to claim that his game is "more pleasing" than Killzone 3.

They really need to shut up about this remake that will never happen. It would ruin the charm and style of the original anyway.
It's unfair because they aren't getting sales for new copies. Gamestop, EB Games, etc. are robbing their sales. The worst part is, used games are usually only about $5 cheaper and people are suckered into buying them.
Preowned games are always only about $5 less near launch anyway. If you want the game, you'll get it when the new and used prices are both high. If it's a game that you don't care enough to get soon after release, then why bother wasting your money on it?
This isn't about greed, it's about maintaining an income for the company. If a lot of people buy used, Sony gets no profit from them. It's a business doing what businesses do: trying to make money. If...

I actually had almost no trouble with the Flamelurker. I also found the Penetrator to be one of the easiest bosses.
