What did you expect? Half the reason I didn’t buy this POS is because I knew EXACTLY where it was going as soon as they showed off cosmetics.
First they introduce immersion breaking cosmetics into WWII (an era it does not belong in)
The game releases with so little content it felt like a beta
Now people are surprised they’re adding paid cosmetics?
The answer is:
The game isn’t for them. It’s that fucking simple.
I’ve watched disabled people beat dark souls. Someone did it with their feet. Someone did it with a guitar hero controller.
Stop with this easy mode bs. If people can beat it with literal potatoes you can do it with a controller.
Epic is Pay 2 Win
It’s not competition when they buy their way up. They’re not competing. They’re paying 2 win. I thought gamers hated pay 2 win?
They wouldn’t be able to compete with steam at that point. They’d have to completely improve the service to match steam or have more incentives. Which they currently do not.
That doesn’t even solve the issue. You’re still forced to download the Publishers launcher anyway. All epic did was add one more place to add your credit card.
Steam isn’t a monopoly. There’s a ton of online stores to suit your needs. Don’t want DRM? go to GOG. You have Uplay, Origin, humble, etc
Steam just happens to be the most refined service available.
A monopoly is basically when there isn’t another option. PC has tons of options.
The barebones launch isn’t an excuse. Steam/origin/Uplay has had these features for years. epic should have implemented them from the get go.
I barely saw any marketing for it. Plus it was sandwiched between COD and BF1. Terrible decision on EAs part.
The campaign may have been short but most FPS campaigns are. This one was excellently crafted however.
@optimus
No it wasn’t 14 hours. I beat it on my first play through with all collectables and came in at just under 5 and a half hours.
Apex and resurged the TF2 base.
It’s a really easy counter lol. I don’t get why people are having so much difficulty. It’s like they’ve forgotten reaction time can be a thing in games.
These are tickets have been around since demons souls.
It actually has a bunch of assistance. Enemies tell you items bosses are afraid of for free hits, can half a bosses health if you sneak up on em, there’s a guy who can teach you every move so you can perfect timing, there’s a chance you’ll get that assist on death, plenty of items in the game to assist with harder enemies.
The people who seem to have difficulty don’t seem to be using the items.
Because there’s a market for it there.
The overwhelming majority are chinese. Yes it is isolated mostly to one area. There’s data on it.
Might want to check your credit card.
Nearly 100 million active users? That seems small to you? Steam is the majority.
Epic has no reason to have anyone cheering for it. You’re obviously just a troll or retarded.
But if you’re cool having 80 million accounts information leaked then go ahead and use epic.
Genichiro is actually really easy once you get his attack patterns down. When he does his crazy slash attack you can run behind him and get in 3 free hits which does a lot of damage as he doesn’t have a lot of health.
His final form, the lightning you just need to parry it for massive damage.
And some don’t have the patience to finish a 50hr open world game. Should they make the game 10 hours just to appease those people?
No
It’s better at making bugs than games.
