I play it with my buddies but we all can’t stand the battle pass. The rewards ain’t good and it takes too long to level it up. Atleast you get enough currency to buy the next pass but it takes far too long. I don’t have a lot of game time because of my job and I’ve managed to just hit level 25 since it came out. I don’t have enough time to hit level 100.

Metro exodus isn’t a good example. They had to use an older title to say how “good” it sold. If you look at the numbers it sold average. It also had a larger advertising campaign and more money behind it than the previous titles. Had it been on steam it would have sold a hell of a lot more.
You don’t know what a monopoly is. Steam wasn’t the only place selling the games. The developers had numerous storefronts to choose from and steam never barred anyone from other stores. Steam was and still is the best option for everyone.
Too bad the game is selling like crap on PC because of this. It’s way too hard to find a lobby. Good job killing your own game.
EPIC store isn’t ready and the public knows it. When it has the same features as steam and a reason to use it other than paying for exclusive timed content, then I’ll use it no problem. Until then, no.
