I can't wait to see the crazy stuff people make with these. The new clownmobile makes me hopeful for more great bullet hells
It took me a bit of time to get into, but it's such a fantastic game.
I understand the aspect of freedom, it can just be a little overwhelming, which can be a put-off is all.
That's one of my big problems with Bethesda-style open worlds. The "what else is there to do now?...oh yeah, everything" can be a bit daunting.
I actually only found out about the Brother one during picture research for the ones I knew. Alwaus great to see what games will allow me to date next. :D
I keep forgetting that Gargoyles exists. I need to go watch it now.
Also, I weirdly feel like He-Man and/or Thundercats would make a great Dynasty Warriors-style game
The Narrative bits in this remind me of Fallen London (also kinda in its themes). It's a shame they get stale after a little while. Still, at least the main gameplay is fun
Seems like it shows what fishing is like very well. Just not sure how well it translates to a game. The rod casting using the mouse cements that in my mind.
Visually, it reminds me of Super Crate Box, if it were a run-and-gun, rather than an arena game. Looks fun in short bursts.
I tend to prefer Visual Novels to have lots of choices, but if the story is nicely focused, it can sometimes pay off to cut them out.
Yeah, it's been around for a while, with each new port adding more modes. Love CAVE for doing that.
As a bullet-hell fan, I see Mushihimesama as the big start to bullet hells, it's fantastic, but I worry how well it's aged. I'm used to bullet patterns of many colours, to distinguish betwenn how the bullets will move, rather than a LOT of purple. I'm also used to a more obvious hitbox.
Maybe I just need to get good. :P
Absolutely fantastic game. Full of true emotion.
Final Fantasy 6, 7, and 10 have phenomenal opening sections. Each set up the majority of the game ahead, introducing the battle mechanics, setting, and overall themes.
Nothing like rolling up the cosmos in Katamari to see how small your problems are, along with the pleasure of squishing everything. I'm also an advocate of Left 4 Dead stress relief
Awful that they broke embargo, and honestly, the review is pretty boring, almost like they hadn't played much, just reviewed what everyone already knew about. And honestly, the review isn't going to change my mind on Fallout 4. Still, should have respected the embargo.
Not the biggest fan of the old Christmas jumper, though some gaming ones like this give me a little giggle.
Wow, not sure how you could make a singing game with a non-obvious pitch meter. Seems a bit stupid really.
Mana Khemia's great, sad that it gets overshadowed by the Atelier main series just because it's a spin-off. Will definitely have to try Justice Chronicles out though.
I'm so hype for this. I love job systems so much in FF, I'm like an addict.
