think its more to do with actual worldwide cinema release. i also presume from this article is that it needs to be a massive blockbuster hit. which means the general public needs to enjoy it.
advent children and the first cg re was good. never realy liked the second one.
mk was ok, i guess to me it was better then the game.
sf was a slap in the face followed by a kick in the balls. a big van damme fan but couldnt enjoy this movie at all.
mario, needs no explanation.
re, was enjoyable
sh, also enjoyed this movie, 2nd was not as good
tomb raider, actually liked both movies.
ff spirits within, also enjoyed it. i mean it lacked immersion but watching that cg was amazing.
doa and tekken? terrible.
sf ...
its tough to please everyone and some people are just not ready for vg storylines in movies. it took years and years for a great marvel comic book movie. i think there was several x-men movies that came out before which was unsuccesful, captain america was terrible. new x-men came out and had to change outfits to something more realistic. only when spiderman came out that we can actually have a pretty serious comic book movie which was pretty faithful to the comics and was a big blockbuster h...
reminded me of when i was playing mmo, joining an instance and forgetting about daylight savings. had to rush the instace to get to boss, defeat boss, but never had chance to open chest. getting kicked off server is the worst feeling ever =(
does south park count? fits that description
so simple yet so true. i mentioned below about how anime can only be from japan and how south park and sonic just doesnt feel like a jrpg.
actually a pretty good article.
cant comment on child of light, but wasnt that more of a side scrolling rpg? looked like that from trailers anyway.
closest big western jrpg i have seen is south park. i guess sonic aswell, but i hated that game =P
yet both of those games i would not call a jrpg.
i guess it reallly does mean japanese role playing game. sort of how anime (or what we used to call japanimation) can only be from japan.
cod has an offline mode??? =P only joking.
i just think that if we could host our own private servers then thatwould be a better solution. but now psn multiplayer requires membership i guess that would never happen
im guessing if the corporation isnt big enough where hundreds of million dollars would be loss over this, then the FBI may not take it so serious.
ofcourse this is my assumption with no basis at all.
can someone tell me why people actually do this? who benefits or is it just picking on corporates?
also what are ways of preventing this?
actual questions so if anyone can explain to me why?
thanks
did they ever say. "first on ps4"? i just thought they announced the game and never mentioned anything else. has been a while though.
i thought this was a story driven game, beta is kinda weird but i guess that is sort of a early build demo in a sense.
looking forward to game, but would probably ignore the beta. loved heavenly sword and if its production values in terms of story driven content is anywhere near hs or dmc then it should be good enough...
@bx1 & @aibreeze
fair enough, thats a good answer.
i guess it does differ from game to game.
i guess the real question would be if the dlc content was on disk or not on disk even matter due to it seemingly sound like they ripped content out already. or is it just a bigger slap in the face which pisses people off?
i dont understand why some content cant be on the disk already? i know it sounds like they ripped content out of game to be on dlc, but cant it be the other way round? they just added some finished stuff from dlc on disk already?
didnt shenmue 2 have a whole village to explore but that was cut out just to be put in sequel? a sequel that never happene but still.
is the xbone suffering due to the RAM used? i saw a post on neogaf talking about the pc version requiring a lot of VRAM. i think for the ultra texture pack it requires 6GB VRAM.
this game graphically doesnt look too taxing so just wondering why its like this.
theres a few people that are that honest and i rate them for that. david jaffe was also like that and i thought he was a pretty cool guy. what happened to him anyway?
he needs a good retirement fund.
mistwalker probably didnt generate enough cash for him.
looks better than the actual game.
unity better have a kitten option
glad that they decided to focus on 60fps.
anyway, gonna give this one a miss and maybe get it next season.
seems like i pretty good preview. loved the humor put into this article.
looking forward to this game. hopefully load times will be improved because i heard from my friend that the tgs demo got quite annoying. is it possible to preload next map onto ram? or do i just not know what i am talking about :P
i think you should atleast watch the first one. second one was also as good. third one was a little boring though.
