I do like the second screen on a DS though, skips the hassle off going to menu/inventory screen. think about snake eater or old school RE games. Half the time you spent it on the inventory screen changing weapons/camouflage.
Actual Analog sticks on a Portable device is amazing, can't wait for it. The PSP's nub just didn't work but just had to deal with it.

I think whoever wants a Vita will have no problem purcahsing one. People splash money around left right and centre. Gaming has always been expensive and gamers are used to spending this amount of money.

The 3DS was no where near value for money, which is why it flopped at the beggining. I still don't think the new price for a 3DS is even value for money, but I guess Nintendo today prefers to release consoles and making profit day one.

Just looked at my PSP game cases, I always thought they were smaller than that. I blame my bad memory.
I normally just order my PSP games and don't ever touch them. I play with a digital copy because they load faster and doesn't wear out the lens.

OK I feel even more foolish, thought they only compared it to a PS3 case.
In the video he is generally happy at what he sees. He jokingly said that the loading is faster than the PS3. He may have seemed a little annoyed about the touch screen aspect in the game where it didnt seem necessary to touch the map.

I think in some situations firmware updates can be annoying. example could be that if you go to a game shop and buy a game and want to test it out immediately you cannot because it needs a firmware update and you can only update when your PSP/Vita is connnected to a power supply.
I order my games online so it doesnt matter to me.

It will feel weird, but i don't look at the manuals anyway. Don't think anybody does. Only reason its in there is so when you sell the game a manual included is always more expensive.

It's abit of a con to be honest, don't see why they require a memory card. Hopefully it is not to save game files, since I plan to have more than one memory card. Would be annoying if I had to keep changing memory cards to find a stupid game save.
I guess I just have to deal with owning only 1 Memory Card to save the hassle.
I understand that he wasnt that fast, but the way the original trailer looked he was way too slow.
The problem I have with platinum games making this game is that it would be too hard for me. I barely completed DMC4 on normal and that was a pretty easy game. I guess platinum games probably make their games even harder (Haven't played any of their games yet), so I would be struggling alot.

I think that they have taken a step in the right direction, the old trailer did look great, but alot of gamers would have been disappointed knowing that the raiden in this game is moving too slow compared to the raiden in MGS4.
Platinum games have a good background of making crazy fast paced hack and slash games. So hopefully this game would be amazing, the big downside seems to be that this will not be a metal gear game with any stealth at all.

CG is time consuming, expensive and mostly outsourced. using in-game engine will give them more control over things.
I believe that Heavenly Sword used pre-rendered in engine for some of its cutscene.
Not sure how this game is done though and i could care less as long as it looks this good im okay with it.

That's strange, was FFXIII even released on xbox360? I think microsoft should just give up on promoting the 360 in Japan, they have done enough to steal exclusives/make them go multi-plat from Sony.
I also heard that a lot of people/companies in Japan are still using IE6/7.

The game cards can also be used for DLC, not just the memory cards. Well I think it depends on the developer and the size of the game.
