The MP modes look to have all the mechanics that the SP have but with a community aspect to them. Now it will be nice to see how the infected play a role in the MP.

I think it's funny that you bring in Uncharted a critical, retail and fan success IP into a thread that has nothing to do with this.
IGN has been known to lie, omit details, steal other writers content and copy and paste reviews from one console to another. IGN hasn't been a credible scoring site in over 5 years...I know I've been following them since they 1st started and I've seen them spiral down to a really bad place.

With that in mind what is there to stop MS from remote accessing your kinect and powering the kinect camera on?

Your funny right PS3 is in 2nd place right now. It's 20 million units behind the Wii which is selling about 30k a week versus PS3's 130k a week.
Do the math at it's current rate the PS3 will pass the Wii by the end of next year.
If Sony drops the price of the PS3 by $100 it will pass the Wii in about a year flat.
Either way PS3 beat the 360's 8 million unit year head start even with it alway...
Dude look again that thing is huge it's bigger than the original PS3 fat by a considerable amount...hell it's like a fat PS3 and a 6 year old DVR player taped together.

I care I like to show off my consoles on my bad ass low profile entertainment stand with my 60 inch 3D OLED Samsung TV. Having that huge eye sore underneath...yeah not a good look for me.
So there is so much more here.
1. If you lend your buddy a game they have to pay a fee.
2. By paying that fee your friend can play the game because it's installed on their hard drive.
3. If the game is sold everyone who paid the fee will lose access.
Conclusion if the fee isn't cheap then not only has MS made a failed attempt at killing used games they will have failed at keeping customers happy. Think of it this way ...
I don't know I got the impression from the reveal about this event some time back that it was supposed to be gaming 1st (which many argued with me about) and TV stuff 2nd which we can clearly see now gaming really had no presence at this event.
I remember arguing with N4G's that the fact that MS put Games 1st in the reveal announcement was simply to make fanboys think that gaming was the point. Now it's all over and it's clear just like it has been for the pas...
Really a gaming device...so what new exclusive IP's or existing did they show...Forza, CoD and sports...really. The total amount of game time was 15 mins rounded up. The other 45 mins was about TV integration...it's a damn advanced cable box/DVR with gaming as an add on and nothing more.
Hell the damn box looks like a large ass DVR.

I would disagree SP killed it with inFamous 2 it's still by the far the best looking sandbox game this gen. Character models top tier, bosses bad ass, detailed cities and no screen tearing or frame rate drops.

Actually I do Uncharted has amazing MP and it's ND which means we know that they can deliver on the experience. I'm not sure if you remember but before MP was shown for Uncharted 2 everyone was like hell no it doesn't need MP or MP will make the SP weaker...and how did that turn out.
With ND they have earned the right for us to not be skeptical about MP until we have actually played and experienced their take on MP in a Survival action...

I see what your saying but I would like to let you know that there have been several cases where I have bought a game new day one only to have it be free on PS+ the following month. Now of course this is not every title but it does show that you don't have to wait a year or two for new titles.
Keep in mind PS+ is still really new and has come a long way since it came out. Now you can see what will be free the next month so in some cases waiting a mont...

Problem is they haven't been given a real budget so titles have to be smaller which impacts what and how much content is put into a title.
Many publishers don't take risks so they won't allocate a real budget to a risky title. Publishers need to have faith in good developers and give them the money and time they need to make magic. If you look at Irrational Games how many times was BioShock Infinite pushed out due to fine tuning...it...

You do realize every developer that has a confirmed PS4 game has come out and said what took months to make on the PS3 takes weeks now. Yeah with that in mind and the new found power of the PS4 if the next GT hits PS3 then it won't be 5 years for the following title to hit PS4 but more like 2 or 3 tops.

Really have you seen it in true HD and not the horrible quality in this video...I know when I put these vids on my PS3 they look PS4 quality. Between the Last of Us and Beyond: Two Souls the graphics are beyond any we have seen on consoles period...

On top of the free games and early betas with the new tweak to PS+ only one PS+ will be required for a house. Sony confirmed that every account in the house has access to MP as long as at least one account is PS+ which is not what happens with XBLG. So yeah thats another big difference its all about milking the consumer...MS wants to keep that going
