Well, in my opinion Nintendo should not be concerned with the PS5, or xbox Next. Switch its doing great, I really don't look at Nintendo directly competing with them anyways.
I am fine with MS Xbox gaming division making the games for each platform. Exclusive to me is the games are on Microsoft platforms consoles only. Make the games for the series X, port them down to the other Xbox platforms, taking advantage of each consoles strengths. I leave the running of Xbox to MS, and just play the games.

I have such a huge backlog, they could not release another game this year and I still would not catch up, so I am fine with the slow 2020 releases thus far. This is the year of new hardware so I kind of expected that

But how will it run on the X1X? That is the console I am buying it for.
Much like 3D, VR and all the eye trickery just did not appeal to me for gaming, but looking forward to the future.

Simple answer for me is yes, build the games for the XSeries and port them down to the X1X, X1S X1. Why leave anyone behind?

Wait, but the games are exclusive if they don't appear on a Nintendo or Playstation console. I am fine with MS supporting previous gen Xbox consoles and tailoring the games to run on each system, like they did with the Xbox 1, X1X, and Win 10 PCs. Am I missing something?
