No apology needed. I too am excited. I currently have a PS4 Pro and all of its exclusives and my X1X still gets played more so, I can't wait to pre-order and pick up my console. MS delivered with Xbox1X and I expect the same out of the Series X.

I would image the games will scale just like PC games are built to run best on the higher spec pcs yet still run on the mid and lower spec ones.

But I already have the drives, and not into PC gaming, so my storage solution is fine for Series X and PS5..
To be fair, reality says there will still be 30FPS games on consoles.
I expect the same for the PS5, right..
490 installed on my X1X, going back to the original OG Xbox on 10 TBs Samsung SSDs.
I am using 10TB of Samsung 860 SSDs for my X1X, so I can't imagine the file sizes for next gen.

I don't get the complaining. Games can be stored on most drives, you just have to install to play them internally to play. They want a cheaper price, well, MS gave that.
I plan to use my 10TB Samsung 860 SSDs I am currently using for my Xbox 1X, for the Series X for storage as MS says your Series X games can be stored on any drive. They just have to be installed internally to play, so really no issue with the storage solution for next gen. It is what it is and who knows I am sure there will be other drive solutions.
It's architecture makes it more powerful than the X1X, but it is a 1440P, 1080P machine.
