Awesome. I finally got my Digital PS5 and Series X from Gamefly after living on sites for months after the pre-order debacle and driving all across Florida with no luck. Seems both console platforms are selling well despite the shortages.

I completely agree. I have always been a multiconsole gamer, and I enjoy the games on all platforms, even with Nintendo, PS having more exclusives than X, It still is my most played platform, since the OG Xbox. Not into PC as the consoles are fine for my tastes. The console wars are so toxic, and I am too old and have no patience for that nonsense. I just can't relate to gamers who always cheer for one company while bashing the other companies.
Given what they did with back compact for, Xbox 1, X1X, Series consoles being able to play previous generation games, many enhanced, MS, Phil and the Xbox team are exactly who should be talking about game preservation, imo.
Um, no. Nintendo is in their own lane. Switch will be fine.

Well, of course it does, because it is running the PS4 Pro version. X1X generally had higher performance over the Pro, so no surprise to me✌.
So, like many cross gen multi-plats, the PS5 is running the PS4 Pro version at 60 FPS and the SERIES X is running the X1X version at 60 FPS via back combat? Is anyone surprised by this? Not sure why this triggers some.

One of my all time favorite games. I am still playing this game on the X360, and I am baffled why the game has not been added to the Series consoles and X1X back compat 4K enhanced list.

Not worth it for me since my console never leaves the dock. All I wanted was performance upgrades from Nintendo to at least something in the neighborhood of last gens Xbox1X or the PS4 Pro, but it is what it is, the original Switch will do for now. Nintendo is in their own lane so I really am not surprised.
I have the Digital PS5, but yeah, really, the disc drive is on the bottom but funny story, I bought two PS5s from Gamefly for my co-workers and both of them had their console setup that way putting the game discs in upside down, lol... I mean look at the box the console comes in. Standing up the drive should on your right, facing you, and laying flat it should be on the bottom. Apparently, many gamers had this issue, lol...
Definitely picked this up..
Nintendo will be fine no matter what. I am over it and fine with the original.
