I guess I am one of the few gamers who think these console makers should support their previous gen consoles. The PS5 version of games should still exceed the last gen version. Why would a company ignore a huge installed based and leave money on the table? They are in business to make money for their shareholders, not just give you uber graphics and performance. The full potential of the PS5 should be realized and it will be fine like every other Playstation. The generation just started....

I finished the X1X version 100%. Didn't really have an issue with loading but my games are on Samsung Evo 860 SSDs, so that might be why. Really haven't found a reason to replay this one. I am surprised it received an enhanced version.
1440P is enhanced over the PS4 base model resolution.

I think what Sony and MS should have done was for those who have Live subscriptions and PSN account should have been allowed to preorder right through their consoles, 1 per console starting at the pre-order date and those who were not lucky enough to secure a preorder to be added to a wait list and as soon as their number came up their console would have shipped. For me personally, I hope they do add some sort of save or checkpoint system, cause I like the atmosphere, and sound of this game, but if they don't that is fine too, I am over it and have too much to play right now already.
I would hope devs would do all they can to appeal to or get the most gamers playing their games.

Demon Souls, I am rotating with other games, but I had to move Returnal to the will play later, much later list, and moved on the RE7 and RE8, and with Ratchet coming next month, probably not coming back to Returnal until there is a save or checkpoint system feature added. I am approaching 150 hours into TLOUS2 multiple playthroughs. Love that game.
Oh, I am definitely playing my PS5 more than I did at PS4 launch, but that's because I have a huge back log of unfinished PS4 exclusives, many I have not finished, so yeah, I am playing more PS4 games on my PS5. I assume many are doing the same.
As a life long RE fan, I absolutely love what Capcom has done with RE, rotating the old remakes remasters in with the new RE games.
I sure hope so since we have our new next gen consoles.
