I got a PS3 which barely gets played and was mainly used as a blurry player other than a few exclusives I played on it last gen, so this could said about the any gamer. Why don't bored gamers Go Out And By Wii 360 and PS3s, as they all has more to offer than current gen so far on the X and PS4. Article is interesting..
Many of us owned all the consoles last gen, enjoyed the PS3 exclusives but played everything else on the 360 especially if the game was online, so, is he serious, who would buy another PS3 at the point? The 360 was our cobsole of choice. Should bored PS3 fans also buy another PS3? Too much opinion fanboy bs on this site for my tastes.

Meh, the consoles are good enough as my tastes go. Pc market should be larger since many homes have one or 2 3 4 in many households. Not into Pc gaming, I am not buying a 4k tv, so console visuals are fine for me. My gaming tastes are simple.
It should devalue a bad game. Aliens Colonial Marines, anyone. This is why I gamefly games I am not sure about cause games cost too much and many are not worth buying other than from the bargain bin.
All that goes without saying. Like I said the X1 PS4 aint changing devs will have to make the most out of what they got. If that isn't good enough then just put the games on pc. All this arguing about resolution, console power is moot. Console game makers have more ram power than any console gen before, if this aint enough, then might be time for them to do something else or like I said make the best games they can with the hardware they have. Simple as that as far as I am concerned....
Just make good games, that is all most of us care about. The consoles are what they are like any console generation before
I got a 1TB sshd in my PS4, and a 2TB external drive on my One, so both consoles allow for larger drives. Internal or external makes no difference to me.

As an owner of both consoles and the Wiiu, I am looking forward to whats to come and these consoles feel no more underpowered than the 360 and PS3 did, and I loved both of those, so all I expect are good, fun games, and the consoles should have no problem providing that. The graphics are fine as my tastes go. Way too much emphasis is put on graphics, imo.
Seems to me MS did what any company would do that is worth anything. They adjusted base on market forces. Isn't this what companies are supposed to do?

Meh, this makes little sense we already have 1080p games on the One. I own both consoles, not really an issue for most. The consoles are what they are, I say make the best games devs can make that the hardware allows like ever console ge before it.

To say things are getting out of hand is going overboard. We haven't even seen that many remasters at all. I see nothing wrong with them as they take nothing away from other games.

I am still playing it on the 3, on my second playthrough upgrading the weapons. Most of my friends like me owned both the 360 and PS3, same as owning all the consoles this gen. That version is good enough for me. Can't see buying the game again on the 4, as 1080/60 aint going to make it any better to me. I bought the Wiiu for my daughter, and it offers little for my tastes, but this reasoning is hilarious. That is probably not the reason for the surge, wait, what surge, & how did someone arrive at that assumption? Mario, Donkey Kong, MK are out, now I like the games, and that may be the reason for the surge, but I seriously doubt the PS4 X1 has little to do with it.
