I'm sure Naughty Dog along with the other 1st party studios are going to create some awesome new franchises.I like that Sony doesn't restrict devs to only one franchise.
The whole franchise is going to be playable on current gen at this rate
Its because of slow speeds and many not wanting to burn through their data cap
Remedy 100% owns the Alan Wake franchise.
Its going to hit PS4 once the timed period with Xbox is done.
The AAA market doesn't allow for studios to be fully creative in terms of unique ideas/gameplay/story telling/characters.The huge publishers don't wanna take risk when they could throw out safe bets like sequels along with copy and paste
The majority of Xbox owners wouldn't support the game anyway. There is no need for the studio to waste extra resources porting
I wonder why they replaced Keith David?
The whole Bioware studio is going to look different with many of the key talent leaving
I'm sure he is tired of that franchise and wants to create something fresh.
Kinect died out soon as the casual crowd moved on to tablets and smart phones. I doubt Hololens is going to take off within gaming due to price and lack of appealing software.I'm sure the device could find successful in other areas outside of gaming though.
Microsoft isn't going to release huge budget games on PC unless they are Win10 store exclusive.I believe the store offers everything that XBL does but free of charge.
We should all be happy that Kojima is free from Konami/ isn't forced to work on MGS anymore
The Xbox division isn't making Microsoft tons of profit and this new move is aimed at changing that in terms of software sales. Its a good business idea for them to support Xbox and Windows gaming being as there is money to be made from gamers on both.Microsoft accepts that Xbox isn't going to close the gap with PlayStation and are now putting efforts towards making the division more profitable for them.
I would love for Skate to return to current gen machines.
Xbox One owners without a capable PC should still support QB on console once it launches
Microsoft aren't going to release their huge funded games on another store being as they want to promote their own eco system
Yep,many could play the game on a machine of their choice[PC or Xbox] and still support Remedy which helps them build more franchises.
Its because fanboys like CrapGamer only care about making videos about "AAA' list wars. That dude even canceled his pre order over something that doesn't affect his enjoyment. The guy was super hyped for Quantum Break until yesterday.
It really depends on price/what is being offered in the package.TR has already dropped in price on Xbox and will be much cheaper by the time it launches on PS4.I'll buy the game but not at full retail $60.
