The PS4 sales in JPN will really increase once the huge games are released
I'll be taking a wait and see approach with NX.The machine must have good hardware / offer modern features along with a quality online service plus real 3rd party support.
There isn't much Nintendo could do being as Wii U doesn't have 3rd party support plus they need to focus on NX and 3DS
Its all the ex leadership at Xbox fault for wanting to push Kinect and other forms of entertainment.
The market was decided back in 2013 when MS wanted to launch a machine full of restrictions on consumers/made cut backs on hardware just to push Kinect..The usual idiots have created videos to damage control and say the NPD data doesn't matter anymore/call people stupid for buying a PS4.
The reason your digital purchase along with others didn't get released in NPD is due to publishers not wanting to hand out that data
The NPD can't report on digital sales if the publishers aren't willing to give them access to the data
The PS4 is in competition with itself at this point in terms of market share & breaking records.
I said MS should allow 343 to create a new IP along side Halo.They don't have to stop making those but the franchise could take a little break. you notice how Sony allows their studios to work on different IPs instead of being stuck on one.
Halo 5 didn't even make the list and it barely did last month..Its time for MS to allow 343 to create a new IP along side Halo because it seems Master Chief isn't a huge system mover anymore.
The PS4 is a beast and won the season even against the so called "best games lineup in Xbox history".There is no need for MS to save exclusives for the holiday being as it made no difference/couldn't help them outsell PS4.
I'll just wait for the full release of the game
MS should just stop wasting resources being as they don't have the proper software for the Japanese market
Its good that GG are breaking out of first person shooters to create an rpg with talent from The Witcher & Fallout..That's why I enjoy Sony because they allow their studios to take risk and build fresh projects.
I'd say people should buy the console that offers them the best experience.
The Xbox will have stuff that hardcore fans of the console will enjoy without a doubt..MS already knows that Xbox One doesn't have a chance to close the gap with PS4.The PS4 appeals to a wider audience because of a line up full of variety..Xbox One having lower performance on the huge 3rd party software doesn't help its position.
Valve is now about service based gaming which means stuff like DOTA/TF and CS.. That's why Turtle Rock and others have left due to the change of direction.
Microsoft claims the Xbox One is successful but are afraid to release actual sales data.. They aren't proud of what the console sold being as they rather put out XBL stats.MS couldn't stop pointing out how many millions of 360s were sold last gen.
MS should just come out with the numbers being as they claim the console is selling ahead of 360. They have been releasing useless garbage like how many deaths in Halo/XBL logs and etc.
I want more games that appeal to my taste.
