Depends on who is doing the test and how its being tested. Even in cpu graphic cards u need like 20+ different tests to come up with a conclusion.

I already bought a gaming laptop last year that has faster specs than consoles + a ssd hard drive, so why would I build a slower one? I do like x86 and the new controllers though.

It's very common pc building knowledge, nothing is using over 4gb maybe 6gb-ish if u are tacking on some mods. So he wasted money buying 32gb. That's a buyer beware stupidity issue there.
