I know some people don't consider cosmetics 'micro-transactions', but as an old fart let me assure you that those were things unlockable in-game many moons ago. Back in the days before greedy game makers figured out that they could break the game into 'micro' pieces and charge for each molecule individually. Never underestimate the stupidity of people willing to buy anything without question (they‘re the enemy of us all), although I suspect the blame for the current state ...
The only game without micro-transactions you'll see from here on out, is a board game. When they finally figure out a way to put em there...they will. If publishers/developers had their way, you'd have to pay them a fee every time you pressed start at the main menu (coin-op) style.
I'm hoping this will maybe persuade some developer to resurrect Tencu, or at least some other stealth game. The last two gens have been sorely lacking in 'ninja-ness'. Ahhh... one can dream.
That atrocity was horrific! I thought for a second I was watching a trailer for IT: Chapter 2, they should put ALL copies of this movie in a rocket and fire it into the SUN! ...I can still see it when I close my eyes, where's the bleach?
The word applauded should never be in the same sentence as 'micro transactions', unless following the statement of 'this game has none'.

I'd like to find the person that created 'micro-transactions', or at least introduced them to gaming... and lock them in a room full of broken glass with both Achilles cut! I guess they now know how the creators of the nuclear bomb felt. Someone is using your creation to kill, and trust me it WILL kill. This greed will kill gaming, the industry or at least any fun derived from playing games whatsoever.
I've been playing for about a dozen hours and I'm loving it, especially the stealth aspect as those type games are far and few between these days. The game does have a few issues that keep it it from being the top shelf PS4 exclusive we're used to, but alot of the glitches and bugs are shared across many Unreal engine games (they should have used an in house engine). I do think the reviews are way off (and biased) though (don't know why), I haven't seen a game get this muc...

Vanquish can just f*ck right the Hell off! My trophy list for that game still stands at I think 91% because of the last challenge, I finally just gave up on it. I love the game itself, but that challenge made me so angry I haven't played it since.
COD: WAW, that brings back some PTSD, the enemies had GAWD like sniping abilities in that game. I'm pretty sure if they saw a molecule of your DNA they'd find a way to put a bullet in it. LOL
Dead Space 2 : Hardcore difficulty, I wrenched a PS3 controller in half because of that one. I ABSOLUTELY hate when game designers create an artificial difficulty by limiting your saves! It's lazy and serves no purpose other than to aggravate. I will settle for no less than a zombie Brad boss fight! Seriously though I'd love to see a more present threat by Nemesis, no running to a ''safe place'' (A friendly jab at casuals) and waiting for him to leave. I want him to be a beast, Hell let him pick up a zombie and beat me with it if he must.
I find it interesting that Leon's Noir outfit is accurate to 1940's attire, yet Claire's Noir outfit is just some game designer's idea of ''cute'' or ''hip''. I guess a female in a dress is too traditional and would make people's head explode nowadays. For the record I'm quite aware of the absurdity of arguing historically accurate attire in a game about a zombie outbreak, just an observation.
Cloud gaming vs. Physical media is like Public transportation vs. Personal vehicle, riding the bus may be a more convenient or cheaper option in some's eyes but, you won't always have access to it everywhere & anytime. It's not the same as walking to your yard or garage, cranking up and heading straight to your destination. Is this as understandable in words as it is in my head? LOL
When I can no longer hold a game in my hand, archive it in my collection or play it during the apocalypse when the internet inevitably goes down permanently... I'll be done with gaming! I need something to do while the world burns to the ashes. :)

I'm hoping the negative responses of ''It's too hard!" don't scare off potential buyers. This game deserves to be successfull for a couple of reasons, A. Kudos to Capcom for finally listening to the fans. B. It's an adrenaline shot to the heart of what was almost a dead (pun intended) genre. C. it's just a good game and sets the bar for all remakes. Capcom you finally have my attention again, get cracking on RE3 or RECV.
When is gore not disgusting? The last time I looked living (and dead ) creatures didn't bleed rainbows and aren't stuffed with candy, that said I'm ready to split some zombie domes!
