i'm gonna buy this game. a store near me gets imports from japan and europe. they should have this in, there's nothing better than a game that is "so bad it's good." Reminds of Escape from bug island on the wii, god that game was awful, lol.
i'm also waiting for the price to go down on jurassic: the hunted. I reaaallly want that game. Punching dinosaurs in the face is so awesome.

I do agree that mario kart is the king of all kart racers but sega all stars racing is a better game than mk:wii imo.

I love all the mario kart games, especially mk64 & double dash but MK:wii was a step back for the series. I really wish nintendo would have made better courses (why all the remakes?) & have balanced the gameplay a bit more. one of the reasons red steel 1 sold well was because it was a launch title.

Red Steel sold well because there wasn't much of anything to buy. The game was garbage, ubisoft pretty much acknowledges this. The game itself was rushed and broken imo.

Sony did it with assassins creed 2, mgs4, etc.
MS did it with MW2, FFXIII, Rock Band Beatles, etc.

The first game was a rushed title that had broken gameplay mechanics, not to mention it just plain sucked.
This second one looks cool but the first was so god awful that i'm gonna have to wait and see how you guys say it is before I run out and buy it.

A 4/10 is a troll score only given because of console bias or to generate site hits.
Clearly Heavy Rain is a game not everyone will enjoy but a 4/10 game has few redeeming qualities, Heavy Rain has shown in video that it has great production values, etc. Just because you don't like how a game plays or it's story does not mean it's a bad game. Only game crashing bugs or glitches should bring down a score to below 6/10.

Akira Yamaoka is one of the main reasons silent hill is such a beloved series. I bought 'promise' & 'lauras theme' off itunes last night. Great songs. Also, every year I play the soundtrack to Silent Hill 1 in my bathroom for my halloween parties. It usually scares most people.
Can't wait to see what konami has in store for the series.

Anyone who originally played SF2 in the arcades or on the SNES probably pronounces it as rye-you. No one knew any different and most people still pronounce it rye-you because we have been ever since we were kids.
