I own all the sony first party exclusives and they play so much better than the multiplat titles I have. MW2, Assassins Creed, Brutal Legend, etc.
The games are fun but when you play a sony first party exclusive it just screams with polish and everything feels so much smoother.
Microsoft really needs to invest in 1st party studios.

Plus, you must have missed the whole debacle concerning the ps3 version of ghostbusters. Tons of details were missing from the game that were in the 360 version. Plus the game has/had some weird bug that wouldn't allow you load saved games. It was pretty embarrassing for the developer because they kept say...
the wii version has local co-op. I dont think the ps3/360 version have that.
Also, wii version has motion controls (obviously) and cartoon style graphics instead of realistic ones.
I have the ps3 version but from what i've seen and read the wii version actually looks to be the best/most enjoyable.
It's a pretty fun game that will last you about 10 hours or so.

natal is gonna a failure of epic proportions.
I'm not talking sales wise, i'm talking gameplay wise.
Natal will bring nothing worthwhile to gaming, all the motion based gestures and whatnot is already possible on the ps2 with the eyetoy and controllerless gaming is probably the dumbest thing imaginable. Controllers are there a reason. Even with the wii, it's motion based but you still need buttons and a control stick.

I think a new handheld is definitely coming, iwata has hinted at it & whatnot. I really don't see why some people think nintendo would release a new console. After 2 generations of struggling in the back with sales, nintendo now has a system that has been breaking sales records since it launched.
Why would they want to release a new system and possibly divide the user base and disrupt the disruption that they themselves started.

I fine it utterly amazing how COD games are the same recycled games put out on a yearly basis and they receive nothing but praise but the other quality shooters that switch up MP or SP campaigns receive lowed scores.
If there was ever a completely overrated series it's without a doubt COD.

I played the demo for the first time today. It's crazy how good it looks and the retail will look better i'm sure.
I still think killzone 2 is the best looking game on consoles but uncharted 2 & gow3 are definitely up there. The 3 games are hard to compare because they're all completely different, style and gameplay wise.
I'm really excited to see gt5, the last guardian & killzone 3.

they already have these games at 'platinum hits' price where I live. All the shops where I live carry euro/na/japan releases and these games listed below (and more) are all platinum editions. I think it's the euro version, they're in a grey box and labeled "The Best." I'll try to find a picture.

I hate the fact that I bought a psp go. This system is such an epic failure.
Sony comes out with a handheld that's focused on digital distribution and they don't support it. Games on the psn store are broken, the updates are a complete joke, GTI Club Supermini Festa!, really? Thanks sony, i've been waiting so long to play crap like that.

I think the only game that resembles snes mariokart is the one for the gba.
Mario kart wii reminded me of mario kart ds but not as good.
Mario kart 64 and double dash are the best in the series, my favorite being double dash. The tracks in that game are freaking awesome.

Hooters does not hold a candle to actual hostess bars.
The hostesses (in most cases) are extremely professional and their job is to help the customer unwind and relax, they're (for lack of a better term) trained to please the customer i.e.; getting drinks, plating cards, mahjong, dominoes, lighting cigarettes, singing karaokee, etc. They're really nice places usually, not to be confused with the "buy me drink" girls that crowd most asian bars.

yea, i've been using tversity for a while now. It's pretty much the same thing as what this product does, except (like the guy above me said) it's free.
The java ps3 media server is nice but every time I use it I have to uninstall/reinstall. I don't know if it's the program itself or my laptop. It is a wonderful program though, only one I know of that encodes on the fly.
