It already has killed everything and that was just alpha footage last year. BTW, KZ2 is releasing this year. Don't get me started talking about what LIVE was originally envisioned by MS to be (besides a money drop)
Hey dummy, here is a lesson for you. Thunder is like a girlfriend. If someone can steal it then it never was yours in the first place.
You do realize your comment above makes you look like the poster child for Crybabies united.
You also understand nothing about console power. You think only in current terms and not in the form of evolution. Even John Carmack, who rates a little higher than you in game development, wouldn't you think, rates the PS3 power higher. ...
MS stated their attach rate for the HD DVD was 5%. They have no need for the 360 to have one. They do, but they aren't logical like that because they don't plan to see the 360 for more than 2 more years. Then it is drop support and move to another console.
gaming GOD, all you have to do is google Bluray support with Vista. There are a lot of articles and they date back over a year.
More importantly people just have to read the article and look at how it was written. The writer is making that leap and automatically talking 360. Sony hasn't said a single word about that and MS has denied it. The 360 bit isn't in the facts part of the article but all some people need is a thread and they will buy into any idea.
The writer made a mistake. The article is misleading. MS is in discussions over supporting Bluray in Windows, not for the 360. The Sony rep said discussions with MS. He didn't say anything about the 360.
EDIT. Go ahead and disagree but you are reading things that are not there. Live in reality or be a sissy daydreamer. You probably believe in fairies and elves too.
Ha ha ha this is hilarious. Does anyone else see what is happening? See the mistake?
MS is talking about Bluray as in their proposed Windows Vista support. The writer has interjected the notion about a Bluray drive for the 360 and that isn't what was said by Sony, it is not what is going on and it isn't what has been reported elsewhere by people that actually paid enough attention to stick with the facts.
No, I bought it and it is going back tomorrow. Worst game I have played in a year and I buy a lot of titles. Buggy as can be. Your buddy constantly dragging you into a wall when you are hit and he won't release or heal you and just keeps walking with you until you get tired and restart the game from a checkpoint.
Or else you get hit and go down behind cover and he drags you around cover and out into the open. Enemies can take 10 rounds in the body and not go down. Scripted, scr...
They didn't have a choice. It is like the Red Ring of Death. When it keeps jumping off the floor and punching you and your customers in the face there comes a time, no matter how late, where you just can't deny the proof that says you made a crappy product.
You mean the way you always bash the PS3 you whiny little hypocrite. They have been knocked down in bubbles because they aren't afraid to take a stand. Even more than that they are right. The PS3 outsold the 360 in 2007, just took the US in January and early figures for February don't look good for the 360 either. Third place. How does that feel? With the PS3 lineup and Bluray victory you (and by you I mean solo 360 worshipper and resident acolyte) are in for a lonely ride down.
No but MS is sponsoring a commercial that says 64 players online. They are talking about the PC version but the commercial doesn't indicate that. It shows the 360 box in front of the PC box and then you see the Xbox 360 ball symbol. It is misleading and deceptive to say the least. But who cares? They can have 100 players and it won't change the fact that the demo is B-O-R-I-N-G.
