I love it but on PC I'm just so bad. I need some getting used to of mouse and keyboard but people being so good doesn't give me much chance :( I play so much better with a controller despite the inaccuracies, it just fits me better. I don't understand why dice are so stubborn :/

Not true, the 5870 is full DX11 as well as other cards in its series such as the 5750.
Well I have Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit, with a performance score of 5.9 (7.3 if it wasn't for my hard drive). And I'm sure most PC gamers have at least 6 for their rating so I don't know what you're talking about.
Just plain trolling, you don't have a gaming rig. It's about 25% of gamers owning XP, and more will upgrade in the next year and believe it or not, BF3 will actually sell W7.
But Vista can run DX10 & DX11. I think BF3 is going to be DX10 minimum. They can't say XP is supported BUT there is a possibility that people who hack XP to allow DX10 may be able to run the game. It is actually quite probable.
However, they do not SUPPORT it as XP does not officially support DX10+

Yeah, and the PS2 has an emulator working on 95% of games that's existed for 2-3 years.
PS3 emulators I can see existing in 4 years, by that time next gen consoles will be in their stride and PCs will be at a much higher level than now.
