But the poor graphics card lets that whole system down in gaming terms. A £100 graphics card like the GTX 460 would sky rocket performance.

My XFX 5750 is perfect and it wasn't by any means the cheapest of the brands, one of the more expensive. Maybe you should get yours replaced.

Yes but some children are different than others. Some of us can handle it, and parents make that decision, but a parent should be CAUTIOUS with a 9 year old child, and if it seems to affect them at all it should never get any further than that.

I agree, in both graphics and gameplay. The graphics were made to look amazing in the trailers, not so much here. Then there's the what looks to be weightless driving. Just like the cars going round on an ice rink.

A real BF game is all about the multiplayer anyway, so on steam the only DRM we get is needing to connect to the internet to use steam etc, which I'd be doing anyway.

Microsoft were quite hesitant about releasing Remakes. They said they'd rather make new games. But people actually continuously REQUEST this game. If they're just giving fans what they want, why are they milking it?
With BC2 it was like first week buys and preorders got it. There'll be clearer information when Dice/EA talk about it officially.
Well it's exactly the same game series; Battlefield, so of course it is made by the same people, whether it is the Bad Company spin offs, the vietnam game, 1942/1943/2142 or the regular numbered releases. All made by DICE.
