Because some choose to be obtuse! Sony was first with PS Now(streaming is all the rage now) cross play(was the rage a while back) and funds and develops the most quality AAA and AA exclusives, had remote play before the Switch was a thing and was the first to bring affordable VR to the masses. I'd say PlayStation should be in any conversation when it comes to the gaming industry!

That's what I'm waiting on! Checked out in 09 and have been waiting since. Hoping the awesome times of Xbox and early 360 days. I've been waiting a very late night time lol!

Just calling out the absurdity! Gotta go, gotta get back to Death Stranding!

I'm really enjoying my Switch! Pretty good library of games and I've been playing more portable here lately (I never could really enjoy the DS because of screen size) but I like the bigger screen on the Switch. Between it and the PS4 I'm having a ball this gen. Can't wait till the next one!

It doesn't especially when comparing it to PS4 and Switch!

I'd love a solid Splinter Cell that takes the best parts of Pandora Tomorrow and Chaos Theory but significantly updated along with new additions. Reboot it, it's been long enough and have Lambert, Sam(voiced by Ironside) and the rest of Third Echelon. Have large maps much like the recent Hitman games and have it to where you can complete objectives as you see fit. For multiplayer bring back Spy's vs Mercs.

Revive the Prince of Persia series. Reboot it as well to...

I'd say the opposite! In the 90's I had much more faith in the objectivity of gaming journalists. The main factor now is how only certain games get these "concerned " pieces up until said games release because we fans can actually play them for ourselves. That and the fact that most reviewers don't actually buy the games they review and a lot speed run through them to be the first out. Also some do negative reviews to be edgy because they are much smarter than us simplet...

It's one of my favorite aspects of the game! Working together and actually helping complete strangers is really an interesting hook. I find myself going out of my way to help others whether it's lost packages or building structures.

This and the Nemesis System are two of my favorite new additions this gen!

Yes games like Shenmue, DS, Ico, Shadow of the Colossus, Everybody's Gone to the Rapture, Dear Ester, Firewatch, What Remains of Edith Finch, Gone Home and The Last Guardian are games you either love or hate. I happen to love them along with many, many others!

Not reading silly articles is better than reading them!

Yeah ive enjoyed the combat. It's not over the top like some games because Sam isn't a badass action hero. He's more of an every day Joe but is capable enough to handle business!

I'm a pretty anxious hyper guy and DS has actually helped me relax. It's refreshing but I completely understand it not being for everyone. The "one man's garbage is another man's treasure."

Really really enjoying this game! Haven't got to play much this week because of family issues but tomorrow I'm diving back in.

Really glad it's finding its audience and selling well because maybe it'll show other publishers and devs that you can take risks instead of just relying on annual games or the same old same old. Not to say I don't enjoy annual series (certain ones) and games that may not shake things up but are well made and fun.

Good to see what looks to be not only a good SP Star Wars game but also the fact EA actually funded it! That said I'm cautiously optimistic because after almost two decades of horrible practices I'm not gonna let my guard down just yet. Especially after the cancellation of Visceral Studios SP Star Wars game.

Hopefully we get more SP games from them after the Battlefront 2 and Anthem issues. They have the capital let's see if they can continue this trend!

One of my favorite aspects! It's a beautiful dangerous world. The other thing I love is the connections you form with other players and how you work together whether it's lost packages or building structures to benefit everyone.

I get it not being everyone's cup of tea. Completely understandable but what isn't is just the Venom that's spewed because it's not constructive or even objective. In most cases they haven't even played it and this is a ...

There are media outlets that seem to shovel the same dribble! Also there's been instances when certain powerful companies have done "hot jobs" on competition. Around the early 00's this came to light. It wasn't in the game realm but it was against competition and it's easy enough to research it.

My point is if they did it then I imagine they can do it again. Where there's smoke there's fire!

Let's see, how can we get clicks?!?! I know let's be edgy and tell people how wrong they are about games they've ACTUALLY played and love!

Why is it hard for people to understand that criticism is great! WE all have different preferences and like different things.

That said you should experience something to criticize it. MOST the negative comments are from people who just want to get a rise and then hide behind this veneer of objectivity! We can read people's comments on here for Christ sake and most are telling the people who are playing it they are wrong for liking something. Literally what they say is...
