Guess you missed my latest reply. I must've misread your sincerity!
I mean you asked me "why it deserves your attention " so I guess I could ask why do you need me to make decisions for you.
Either way it was a miscommunication and you are the first in Days of disingenuous people asking about DS so I figured you were the same as them. Also I've broken down what's awesome about this game multiple times already, several just today so t...
I've been gaming since I got an NES at Xmas 85 and I must say I've never played anything like DS. While some may disagree on what type of game or if it's fun we can all agree it looks breathtaking!
Makes sense since that's where the model really took off.
One of my favorite aspects of DS is the community! I love helping others with Lost packages and building structures or objects that will help someone!
It's awesome when a sign is placed by another to warn you of BT's, Mules or Time Fall. Even though you can't see them you can feel them all around! I love when you call out you can hear a faint reply from another player! This is my type of online experience other than co op.
Right on the money and really Uncharted 4, HZD, GOW, Detroit , even Spider-Man (possibly the best superhero game ever) and more recently Days Gone(an incredible game in its own right) and Death Stranding.
It's cool though because we have them to play and I'm glad they exist!
It really doesn't because it ended on a perfect somber note. With that said I can see where Joel's decision can have reverberating consequences and if anyone can craft that narrative it's ND! I have faith.
They really are and I love the tension that comes with those encounters! I can't believe I'm actually able to stay put and hold my breath when one is right on me. I love horror and this strikes a nerve in me I rarely feel in games.
I also love how other players have signs that warn you of BT's , timefall and Mules. I think that's one of my favorite aspects is the community working together for the greater good!
@Veneno I have to apologize! I'm on here talking about how the naysayers never ask objective or constructive questions and that's all I've been getting. To tell the truth I didn't even read your full question but I just did and I also read Sinister's analysis and I see you were actually interested. I'm sorry and Sinister touched on pretty much the sum of it. Must say my feelings line up with his/hers.
I'd say give it an honest go if it's in y...
Every PlayStation gen has had different players involved. I'm down with brown and read your for the PS5!
Can you explain why your comment and request deserves my attention?!?! Sorry bud but I'm jumping back into DS! Catch ya later dude.
I'd say toxicity in our culture is a bigger issue than advertisements.
Me too I'm loving helping other players (I will never see) and I love their faint replies!
Says so much about our culture as a whole!
Well I'm calling BD because let me count the ways! Uncharted 4" they should let this series rest" HZD "the animations look bad and the combat and world ooks meh" or "GG has only done FPS I don't think this will work" GOW "they've ruined this game" "great it's now The Dad of Us" Detroit "Cage sucks he can't make a good game" also once on PC no outrage, Days Gone "man this game is broken" "man this do...
No just that intelligent people don't rely on pure emotion to discuss things they don't like. Like they can form a bigger case than "it's boring " or it's a "walking simulator " because if they actually played it(because intelligent people like to be objective for the most part in their critiques) then we'd be having much more respectful conversations on here!
Yup as we know when people don't understand something and they won't try to understand it, it never leads to anything productive!
Also you know how the reception would be because those games don't get the "concerned " pieces these games do! Happens every single time, well until the games out, then it dies down!
Great lore and characters, some absolutely terrifying encounters, working with others you can't see but work together to build a better world, loads of freedom, vehicles, being able to create items and structures that not only help you but other players as well, being able to go anywhere and having to decide and plan ahead what tools you should bring, being able to faintly hear other players replies never gets old to me, also some very interesting mechanics that I won't go into becaus...
Or that some people can't get outta their own way!
Because most haven't played it and those who complain and have haven't put the time in!
Redbox would be a good go to. Though to this game has more in common with Hellblade, SOTC Zico etc than RDR2 because it's more cerebral and atmospheric.
A day of playing will definitely give you the answer you're looking for.
