Oh so when Microsoft does something bad it's "a million other electronics with the same functionality" But when they re-brand cloud saves that "a million other electronics with the same functionality" it's revolutionary...
And who cares what PS Camera "could do", they didn't do it and Microsoft did.

I don't care what Bloomberg says, they don't even list how they came to the price in the article. Every single "rumor" they have presented thus far has been from a negative point of view.

I don't believe any rumors, my price belief simply comes from Sony's design choices thus far and a bit of understanding on how console/PC hardware pricing works,
Yes my favorites are DLC/MTX paywalls to use things like the built in movie player and browser and Netflix and play online, using a non-disableable camera and microphone to listen to to your conversations then try to serve ads as well as trying to set up a system that tied your games to your console to eliminate used sales.

Ah, i'm glad you appreciate intelligent discourse. That was a fine well thought out reply that shows you truly understand the topic at hand.
I don't think it's going to be $499, if you look at the design it's filled with cost saving features that show they were making a lot of decisions around keeping price down. Such as using higher clock speeds over a larger die and 825 GB over a full one TB using their own 3D audio instead of something licensed using Kraken which is industry leading compression but very inexpensive to license.
Sony knows what the sweet spot for pricing is, it's safe to assume...
Of course it's bots, literally with in just an hour or two it had 10,000 0 votes. People had bots just waiting for the second they unlocked user reviews.
If you say so, but I don't think paying for a month of game pass is going to pay the bills. So far Microsoft has gotten $3 all generation from me for the three times I used the $1 PC gamepass deal.
If you read the article is says the update will be free when it comes to both consoles. So if you take your PS4 disk to your friends house you'll be able to download the update.
And this page doesn't list anything about taking your disk to a friends house so you may well be over promising.

And if games aren't held back by last gen then why does Microsoft say the forward compatibility thing will end after two years? There must be something they think they can only do on next gen after those two years are up right?

What's wrong with gaming as it is? I have been having fun for years.

Oh so Xbox has cloud saves and cross save, how revolutionary.
This is 100% correct.
Did you see that puddle that's smaller?

I always just think he looks like a villain or someones "evil twin".
There will probably be separate releases, but if you buy PS4 you'll be able to download the PS5 update.

Capcom would argue that's not the case.

I think they would prefer if I bought a console. But if they want to let me play their games on PC for a buck on gamepass so be it.
As for me, I'm fine with it, I was going to have a gaming PC anyways.
They said in the very first Mark Cerney PS5 reveal months ago that BC would be part of it.

Cross buy games DO have cross save.
Smart delivery is a free update.
If you play the PS4 version it's going to download the PS4 version if you have a PS5 it's going to download the PS5 version...
Are you sure you understand what's going on?
Marquinho
Huh Sony has had cross buy since PS3, Microsoft is copying Sony.
