The xbox UI is a cluttered mess and they bombard it with ads.
If you look at the original tile design for the xbox and go through the revisions they CLEARLY put effort into making it look and function more like the PlayStation 4's UI over time.
What?
He literally goes from the sign in screen into a resumed game of LBP. Maybe the SSD made it happen so fast you couldn't keep up.
But I guess I should expect that the usual xbox crowd was going to come in here and ignore things in order to bash PlayStation.
"A continuation rather than an evolution"
So basically it's just a faster xbone... unless you had a xbone x and buy a series s then it's an xbone but slower...
But in what area's did they actually employ anything that seems like cost reduction?
Where did they skimp? They could have used older cheaper USB ports and controller or just reused the PS4 controller or put in a cheap WiFi solution...
I'm not saying anyone should make something expensive just to be expensive I am saying they didn't cut corners or skimp on tech by getting cheaper parts.
Keep in mind this is a device you wil...
Well there are probably games and things they can't or don't want to show yet.
It's so fast with the SSD I bet you end up using them more than you expect.
Yes to make them look and work more and more like PlayStation each time.
Xbox X doesn't even have a UI it's still dragging xbone's UI along.

Because it's the only AAA game Microsoft has released in the past 5 years that was actually popular. And they literally have zero other games launching with the console now that Halo was delayed.
I'm not trying to promote subscriptions, but more than 35% of people on my friends list have PS+. That said if you count all gamers like PC and mobile ect. I highly doubt 35% of all gamers have a paid gaming subscription of some kind.
I don't see PS5 as being about cost reduction at all. It has the latest tech in every aspect, Super Speed USB WiFi 6 the latest Bluetooth a feature rich controller a ridiculously fast SSD. Nothing about PS5 says cost reduction. It's that type of stuff you skimp on to save money.
But they only compared things when it was negative to Sony.
Find where they pointed out that the PS5 SSD is more than twice as fast as the xbox SSD. Or find where they pointed out that the USB on PS5 is twice as fast as xbox, or where they pointed out that the PS5 Wifi is faster and more reliable than xbox the same with the Bluetooth or find any mention of the Series S at all.
It's completely one sided against PlayStation. The only comparisons done ...
I liked how they glossed over the SSD speed in less than 5 seconds straight into the click bait rumor about the PS5 SSD being attached to the board (just like the xbox SSD which they didn't ever bring up and right on into the other click bait rumor about how the PS5 expansion SSD might over heat.

It's not about comparisons it's when the comparisons seem unfair.
I dunno, I think the remote play encoder works just fine. I actually remote play to my PC then capture that window on my PC to stream or record game play without having to use my capture card. It works great for me.
Keep in mind the older PS4's only output 720p so if you're using an older console that might be why it looks bad.

Well I can only go by what the article linked. Let's be fair things like this have been overblown in the past.
But I guess it's more widespread than I thought.
Does anyone think Microsoft ever cuts deals for their Azure web services in exchange for preferential coverage from popular websites?
It's not limited to social stuff, it's being able to bring up hints to games with out having to use a second device and all the other features.
I also could care less about watching people on my friends list play games but being able to see tips with out having to use a second device I already know will be useful or going directly into other games or parts of games or features will definitely be used.
I stand by my statement I bet you use the f...
