Every time digital foundry gives it to the PS3 it seems painful for them like they don't want to but have to, but when they give it to 360 you can feel their excitement in the writing.
They always minimize the 360 differences as not that important but maximize the PS3 ones as almost game breaking.
The internet has already killed the strategy guide.
Unless they completely upgrade the gameplay I'm passing on MW2...I've played the game already for 4 years, it never changes and while it's a solid game, I'm sick of the COD formula.
BF3 for me.
Great game but not game of the year IMO. The gunplay is lacking, they should have just copied RDRs gunplay because that was amazing.
Please don't. Bayonetta was clearly the better character, don't take an already excessively ridiculous game and make it lame.
Bayonetta had amazing gameplay but the music and story were incredibly stupid, a Jeanne focused will just make that worse. Also, why develop a character only to abandon her in subsequent games.
I think the only reason I plan on getting Resistance 3 is due to Move controls. I've never played Resistance 1 and 2.
1. Online MP explosion
2. RROD
3. Wii dominating
4. PSN Down
5. Unfinished Games
6. DLC
Games:
1.COD4
The rest - Unchartered/Gears/ME/Killzone/ Halo, etc.
I don't know about best looking open-world game to date, RDR was a beautiful game albeit it was an less processer intensive world to make.
Infamous 2 may have better graphics but some places in RDR were breathtaking.
A game that doesn't really require PSN, L.A. Noire - but I guess that 'ask the community uses PSN.....
I've purchased 3 out of the last 4 COD games and plan on getting BF3. Mostly because the MP in BFBC2 was better than anything COD offers and also because COD hasn't really improved on anything since COD4 so I'm just bored with it.
Also, MW2 story was such crap I don't care what happens anymore. It totally lost that being in a war feeling that COD4 had.
Yep, no wonder the majority of developers' games fail miserably.
They're modelling themselves after a guy who hasn't won a gaming award in like 10 years and whose games have gotten progressively worse since Fable 1 in user and magazine reviews.
Very strange, considering the last Molyneux game I bought was Fable 1 on Xbox1. The man has lost his touch, his games simply get worse and worse.
If he was so good why don't his games win any awards or get A plus ratings???
This is the same guy that LIED to everyone about Kinect's magical applications for videogames and completely fabricated the Milo demo right saying it was real?
This poll sound like BS, most people probably ju...
Play Killzone 3 using Move, although it has a very high learning curve, once learned you'll never want to play a FPS game on analogs again.
The accuracy, turn speed and movement are so much faster and better but it takes around 2 hours to master and tweak your settings.
Motion controlled shooters are the best way to play FPS games on consoles, at least as far as Move is concerned.
The worst is terminal when you right when the match starts you spawn in front of an enemy, talk about unfair kill.
Crysis 2 should be an amazing game but all the technical problems bring down the score. Also, the devs are largely silent about fixing things and take forever to release patches.
They still haven't fixed the grain glitch and it's been 3 months! People should at least be able to enjoy the SP when a game is released. Even the sound and weapon attachments are messed up
Crysis 2 needed about 4 months more development time, they clearly released an unfi...
It would be even better if it RROD'd their systems.
Strange that in one shot the PS3 has a blurry sidewalk but in all others the side walk mip-mapping is identical to 360s.
I think LOTs PS3 is on the way out or something, I've never seen a texture load in this game.
Those pics must be tampered with, the PC version looks significantly worse. Oh well, it's not like Fable 3 was that good to begin with.
Molyneux fell off this gen, he should spend less time acting as MS's PR man, telling lies like Milo, and more time making his games better.
He used to be so talented.
I buy all my games new and often trade in the ones that disappointed, have no replay value, or have a sequel that makes owning the earlier version redundant (sports games, COD, ect.).
If I couldn't trade in, I'd buy less games and certainly would never consider buying mediocre games (like Fable 2/3) as my money would be even more precious.
Nice! I love seeing good games sell well.
