Not trying to troll but these AAA games cost so much money to make that 400k the first week isn't enough anymore, as sales tend to drop significantly after the first week.
I was hoping more for around 700-800k which would make a mill in 2 weeks easy, now it looks like an uphill climb.

Fable sells a lot because it's a casual game that's not shovelware that anyone can play and complete.
Fable is the only quasi-core game that my GF can play and actually really enjoys. It's impossible to die in the game, it tells you exactly where to go, but it feels like you've accomplished something and it has a story.
Note: My GF can't play shooters because can't control both cameras, it's disorients her until she just spins in ...
Having PS3 and 360 is great (never got Wii because for some reason everything SD on my Samsung series 6 looks like ass, even SD TV shows).
I get all the best console exclusives and the superior multiplats.
Pretty much identical, 360 looks slightly more blurry which has not been happening infrequently lately but like most multiplats the game are 99% the same.
With the current line up of games, even if Kinect cost 50 bucks I still wouldn't buy it.

This is probably gamer blasphemy and I still have so much respect for Nintendo and loved them from NES - N64 but the only Nintendo games I'm interested in is now are Metroid and maybe Zelda (slightly), even then, I think so many games on PC/PS3/360 are significantly better.
I find so many Nintendo games boring now, including Galaxy.

Well Nintendo should have realized that a device with no games wouldn't sell well. Once the killer apps come out 3DS sales will pick up.
Plus a lot of people are probably waiting for the 3DSLite. The DS Lite was a massive improvement over the original DS, maybe people are starting to learn that being an early adopter for some things leaves you with regrets.
Too bad he didn't talk about the future fix for the grain glitch - I'm still waiting to pass the game on the hardest difficulty months later.
I really just want to see what battlefield looks like on consoles. If they could pull Killzone 3 quality graphics with destruction I'd be amazed, even Crysis 2 graphics would make me very happy.
