The only games on that list that appeal to me are U3 and ME3.
I'm looking forward to K3, L.A. Noire and Infamous 2 the most, and that's just the first half of the year.

Never buy a used 360.
@ LevelHead
I think you lost your head, you just compared the quality of Kinect games to Killzone 3 - you'd really rather play Kinect Adventures/Sports more than Killzone 3 or think that anyone on N4G would.
Pinto cars were successful, doesn't mean they were any good.
I bought Bayonetta, and Alan Wake - they're not AAA. AAA means the games compete or exceed the best 3rd party AAA.
I'd call Bayonetta and AW single A games or BBB. They're not GOTY contenders IMO.
EA are always rock solid and one of the best publishers this gen. I voted the PS3 version just because it comes with Extraction HD for the same price. I have both consoles so it would be kind of dumb to get the 360 version.
Haha, I would say those 3 games sell ridiculously well compared to other PC games.
Good for MS but what about me. Please use some of that profit to make me some AAA exclusives.
I agree with 'ComboBreaker' - the money spent on defending against thieving pirates means legitimate users get less resources spent on them.
Just look at 360 DVDs, there maxed out at a paltry 6.6 gigs due to security measures.
Companies spend hundreds of millions fighting those pirating vermin, that money could be spent on making better gaming experiences
No, not at all. I just thought it was funny that the article said they quadrupled the resolution to arrive at 640 x 480 lol.
This is a racist comment but I knew all the games on the list would have come from Japan, can't blame them if the majority of their experience with other peoples came from racist Western media that perpetuates stereotypes.
@sinclaircrown
You can definitely be unintentionally racist.
Hypothetically, if people in some obscure village in China thought an acceptable way to refer to black people was ni**er because they listened to a lot of 90s rap, then came to America and started saying "hey ni**a, where's the McDonalds?" they would have made a racist comment unintentionally irrespective of being racist".
Moreover, maybe from viewing a bunch of W...
No they don't, 99% of games take 5-10 minutes. Not that I care, I wish I could install all my PS3 games onto the HD as harddrives are dirt cheap (500 gigs for 50 bucks) and it improves loading - not to mention it increases the life of the disk drive. I already install all my 360 games onto my 250 gig harddrive, that takes like 15 minutes each - but I don't mind building anticipation while I make a sandwich.
yep, even if it failed for movies it would still be perfect for games.
Uh..if you have both systems, of course you would ignore the 360 version: 1st) Free Game, which according to Edge is better than Killzone 2 and Infamous lol; 2) One disk is better than 2 generally.
But if you only have a 360 spending 5 seconds to switch disks is really a non-issue.
640 X 480!!!

People care that much to have Linux on there frickin PS3. What they don't have computers1? All this does is give companies incentive to give consumers less features. Why give more than the barebones if companies are held liable for taking aways things that they later discover poses a security threat or is unprofitable. If sony takes away Home are people going to sue them.
It needs an HDMI port and blu-tooth connectivity with DS3 controllers IMO.
I am addicted to entertainment in my spare time, I just think TV shows are mostly crap and can't afford to go out all the time or live close to enough people to play sports -so I game.
"will it be the rallying call for the hardcore gamers to come and reclaim the system that is rightfully theirs?"
A bit over-dramatic isn't it? And one core game isn't a reclamation or some indication of 360s return to core gaming, it a final goodbye, albeit a good one notwithstanding the increasingly stale gameplay.
