A lot of PS3 Black Ops owner with their inferior version may be willing to switch over now. At least EA ensures multiplats are identical (NFS Hot Pursuit, BFBC2, Dead Space 1&2, ME2 pretty much, every sport games, ect).
Activision has a lot to learn in terms of treating customers as equals. Equal quality for equal price I say.

I'm pretty sure MS Entertainment makes a killing too - Kinect sold 8 mill and they unlike sony charge for online. Both companies game departments are doing well (finally) but only ones customer base is doing well as well.
I don't own stock in either so, I don't care that much so long as neither one is forced to throw in the towel like Sega. MS needs to step up it's core focus though.
That's great and all but all I care about are all the amazing games Sony is offering exclusively this year. They earn my money.

Every online game has problems sometimes, for me it's either pass or fail and if it works well 90% of the time, i'm happy. I give BO a pass.
Devs can't do anything about some guy with a terrible connection because his PS3s on WiFi in the basement 3 floors away from his router.
Holding games to a 100% standard for online is patently unrealistic. If the people complaining have are like you with chimerical standards, I'd see why Treyarch are la...

It's true, every year they have to adjust the PS3 worldwide sales up a couple of mill after sony makes their official announcements.
They supply the most quality games.
In a perfect world the most best games would = the greatest sales.
But marketing gets in the way of that.

That's at least a 9/10 for me, day 1 purchase.
