They should focus on tightening up gameplay, making sure the servers can handle the load, etc. This is not a graphics-intensive game so I think resolution matters little here.

Agreed but at least far cry 3 still looked dope at the time. If this holds up, it'll look worse than launch titles even after a delay. Death knell.
Ps4 guy here. I found myself pricing high end PC gaming rigs today at work. That's a bad sign.
Honestly, that's over the line. I play video games to escape things like politics, crime, doomsday news in general, religious BS... etc. etc. etc.
You want to throw in some ads for Doritos or soft drinks or Papa John's or even a sex doll? Go for it. That's your target market. But this kind of stuff? Ugh.
There is just NO WAY that those shots are what it will look like on PS4/XB1. There's just no way. Something is going on with compression or perhaps it's a last-gen screenshot. There are downgrades and then there is this. I just don't buy it. Ubisoft will get absolutely slaughtered if this is the end result.
Try reading the article. The main story is that long. Side missions and collectibles are not included.
I beat GTAV in about 10-12 hours without side missions. Not saying this game will be THAT big, but it will take you a lot longer than 10-12 hours if you do all of the extra stuff.
