Actually tearaway has support for multiple saves in the full version. You can switch profiles from the main menu :)

LSD is a powerful drug.
Even if knack is a misfire, and thats subjective, Cerny has been a bit of a legend since Atari. One badly recieved game can't erase mega-classics like Marble Madness, or even his work on Sonic 2 etc. The guy's an industry treasure.
