this is probably the first I've heard of Onlive since post-GDC. In any case, its nice to see that we console owners can at least agree on something: that Onlive is gonna have one heck of a time convincing us to drop the big three.

Its just too early for a PS3 slim to drop in this year. It just ain't gonna happen. Maybe it'll happen next fall, or in 2011, but that's as early as you can expect one if we are talking realistic.
That's good to to see more developers eager to jump on board with the playstation 3. More games for us, and more for our industry.

No harm in that. I believed the same applied in the heyday of the PS2 as well.
I'm sure the slim could even raise the dead, but it just ain't happening this holiday. I still say its too soon for Sony to make its move.
I probably would see more of a difference in an actual video.
Video games are always great during stressful exams and homework assignments also. They help get my mind off the stress and potential anxiety and keep my mind more focused at the task at hand. ^_^

I really don't see a PS3 slim dropping anytime soon this year. Its just too soon. Considering the time window of the last slim revisions of PS one and PS2, a 2010/2011 release sounds more realistic to me.
There is no question that a PS3 slim is coming, but suggesting a sudden revision 3 years after launch(that's one year less than the PS2 slim) I think that's pretty unrealistic.
