I'm not gonna lie, I was hoping Kid Icarus would make the cut since his first game in so many years is coming and all.
indeed. Definitely one for the books. 2011 is just one smashing year for good games and Sonic Generations is really kicking off the end to Sonic's 20 years in style.
lol, the 3DS gave him a timeout for swearing. ^_^
Its missing:
The Mario 2 sprite and Mario World sprite. Both added in showing in showing off him in accurate portrayal in comparison to boxart, and advanced his palette in 16-bit, respectively.
I think they are both cool in their own way. I honestly can't choose because they both give a quality that defines them, and ultimately, they are both Sonic.
I'll never surrender to the Dark--er,--X-side of the force!
That is just rediculous...
*looks at 3DS* Re-Diculous.
Because they need to get over peer pressure?
...you scare me.
In what way does Nintendo own Sonic? Last I checked, the Mario and Sonic series was published by Sega, and both Generations, Colors, and this game were all done by Sega alone, so I'm a bit lost on how Sonic turned out to be Nintendo's "b**".
gosh, don't see why some people have to troll every sonic article and whine about nothing as if the series is doomed, when its far from such a fate.
Please don't leave, Iwata-san! Your accent is cool! >.<
beat me to it. ^_^
short answer: it means nothing.
seriously, where have you guys been this last generation?
dear god...
I don't even...
go for it! Its a great game. ^_^
I agree with this. Its easier said than done. I also like the idea for a remastered Shenmue ala the ICO/Shadow of the colossus collection.
I would like that. ^_^
I love how everyone is taking this rumor seriously... >.>
If this rumor is true than I am Batman. At my computer.
@Nitrowolf
You're missing Sonic Colors. :)
I really don't like seeing "JRPGs" as its own genre. Its a style, so why should one's culture be part of the genre. If I were to make a game of a similar design, then what would it be called then? a WRPG?
a but contradictory, if so. So no, the "RPG" genre is far from dead. The success of trends, new western markets, etc =/= Death of another.
The visuals of this game are awe inspiring.
