This is true...people are so enamored with getting the "full" game that they don't care that the story will be 3x as long as the original starcraft. Just just enhances my theory that the only people complaining about starcraft 2 not being a "full" game are the ones that never even played the first one.

What people don't realize is that each chapter of the sc2 trilogy is huge!!! Wings of liberty is almost as big as the entire first game all together. I for one like the idea of having more story and depth to the characters.
It is human nature to complain. I guess I would pay more for triple the content of a game I have been waiting 12 years for. I wonder if the people complaining are those who have just recently (past year or two) jumped on the SC2 bandwagon without...
Come on guys, don't feel bad about buying this. Blizzard retained most of their control when making this; they are the ones that deserve the credit, not Kotick. Let Blizzard have all of the good times and not worry about Kotick getting any money...he's probably on salary anyway!!!
I don't get out of work until 5 tomorrow and I'm afraid there won't be any left...
I bought a month of Hulu plus and then had to quickly cancel it and even ask for my money back. There were not that many shows yet and on the PS3 you can't even watch all of your queue; its limited to only the hulu plus content. This means that if you follow the show Fringe, you can only watch it on your computer, not your TV even if you have Hulu Plus. Still a waste of money on my part though I really hope in a few months when it officially launches they will fix some of these issues....
If each part is as long as all of original starcraft (which I have heard is true) then I would have it no other way. I bought Starcraft when it first came out in '98 and I'll buy all three parts of the sequel in 2010 and on.
People shouldn't complain, this is a Blizzard game for crying out loud...when have these not been good...
Plus, I've heard rumors that they are subsidizing their losses with Ghost and including some of that extra story ...

You mean just like kinect is a copy of the playstation eye??? In case you forgot, the eye did come out on the PS2.
One thing I've noticed about this hype train is how people would rather start a flame war and win than actually stand by what they say. People will talk all kinds of sh!# about buying kinect or move, but won't actually do it. This is why I think the console makers are setting themselves up for disappointment...not many people will buy this stuff.
Why should they? It was the "consumer" who hacked their hardware and violated the user agreement that made Sony retaliate. Besides, why does no one complain when they ADD stuff to the PS3?!?!
Seriously??? People are still complaining about this? My god...it was like $600 bucks at most for something Sony had the right to do anyway. Why do people think that Sony should let their customers continue to do something that could jeopardize their success or hardware. People seriously have to look at it from the POV of Sony. I guess there always have to be people that think they deserve more than they are actually worth!
It's not trolling, its a personal observation. Literally EVERYONE I know who has a Wii stopped playing it after a few months and haven't brought it out of a closet or reconnected it, etc. since.
I think it is absolutely outrageous that we live in a society that is so obsessed with equality that we are unable to see truly evil and horrible things in the world around us. Far too many people try to color shades of gray with everything so that we can be "fair" and "tolerant" of other peoples cultures.
I hate to tell you all this, but just because a culture is different doesn't mean it should be respected. Not ALL differences are to be celebrat...
