That's funny because I always through Gears games were grossly average. Not bad...just average!
I believe Titan is their new MMO. When it drops? 2012...it's why the Mayan's ended their calendar!!!
Whether that's true or not, the messed up part is that Microsoft actually has an active policy of refusing any product that is either released first on another product or comes with exclusive content on another product. People say this is an attempt to cover up and leverage their company size against the fact that their console is limited and has old tech in it.
From the description, this sounds to be a fairly large DLC...wonder how much it'll cost us.
I'm hoping that with all the love HR has seen lately, Eidos and Squeenix decide to continue this franchise in the future!!
for those of you who say that the US is the only place for game sales that matter...
In case you haven't been watching the news in the past two years, the era of US world dominance is quickly coming to a close...
It took me a while to get used to it too...sad times
I stopped reading after the "PC gaming is dead" comment. Funny how this statement contradicts all of the "PC's more powerful than consoles", and "PC gaming sales on the rise" news from, you know...everywhere else!!!
Whatever makes the most money will have the quicker innovations.
I completely agree. If we get too many choices then it will be harder and harder to have a complete gaming experience as you would have to own 50 different devices to play all of the games you want. Look at the start of the android market for example. They had sooo many devices running on different versions of android that iw was hard for developers to lock down a specification for what their game should look like. I have tht thunderbolt but I find it hard to play as many HD games as ones...
I stopped reading when the author tried calling a price rise from $12 to $18 the same as going from $10 to $20 while in the same breath calling it a 60% increase. Bad journalism...
I would like to throw out that conversely put, I don't think Shogun 2 could even run on a console...I say consoles are not contemporary enough for RTS games...Take that Take 2!!!
I don't know...I mean my whole thing is that for the time they put into ME2, couldnt they have added a little more plot development? I mean you basically just get new characters to play with. I was hoping for more epicness in the game and not just have to be satisfied with the last mission...
Come on people, sales are always bad in the summer!
as long as they added to the number of collectible armors. If they combined AND reduced the numbers, this could be bad...
This is why lists suck...no one agrees, so we should just stop making them and move on...
So I work at a place that is currently having management work 12-14 hour days 5-6 days a week. Everyone is of the mind that "this is what we need to do for the company" but it seemed excessive. I just came across this article and its a little cathartic to see that in other places, people are having to deal with the same problems. Hopefully my place of employment calms down soon and we can start working normal hours. It's 5:40AM and I'm off to work; probably be back aroun...
At best Wuthering Heights was a mislead attempt for Emily Bronte to usurp her sisters role as the author in the family. Lame book with lame story and lame setting covered by the fact that it is supposed to be brooding and reclusive...
I'm afraid...anytime a dev has made an RPG "more accessible" it tends to turn out badly. Look at Dragon Age 2 and FF13 to name a few. I know companies want to appeal to more gamers, but once in a while I just want them to stop and keep the genre as it was. I personally liked complex inventory and skill tabs in these types of games...
@hackis
Nah man, screw wiki leaks. I hope they get those guys for treason or something. How stupid do you have to be to leak military movements and secrets that potentially get people killed.
Whatever..."Down with the man, empower the people!". This mentality is the basis for why the US is a declining country. All the pot smoking hippies have had kids that grew up in a time where they haven't had to work for anything and feel entitled to ev...
I wouldn't call it VR, I think Augmented Reality will be the next big thing!
@bozebo
HAHA, I'd hope to god it sells a lot!!! Isn't this Microsoft's first exclusive since like...2009???!?!
