In fairness PS3 hardware and software just doesn't sell as well in the US as it does in Europe. I bet LBP2 has sold at least half a million in Europe.
Dammit, I just bought Fable 3 last week, and my XBL subscription is due for renewal in March. I guess I could just get another copy of Reach and trade it in.
I'd rather wait a few days and it release on Friday, cause then I've got the weekend to play it.
I think publishers have been better with release dates anyway recently. Some games, especially for Japanese publishers, used to take up to a year to reach Europe from its original release.

They probably just used Dreamcast footage for the trailer, I bet there's still borders.
I wouldn't pay much attention to a person who thinks 2 hours is enough time to formulate a fair judgement of a game.
Alan Wake is a great game hampered by a poorly-timed release (same day as Red Dead) and poor marketing by Microsoft's standards. The game is a steal at this price, you might as well pay for the extra DLC it's so cheap.
Whether they use them for bug fixes or an a marketing ploy, I certainly wouldn't say they are a waste of time.
"Firstly, we wonder how EA feels about Epic using Bulletstorm to promote its own (separate) series"
Like EA has a problem with something that will help sell more copies of their game.
I'm sure that whatever Gears of War Exile is, it will be a way into the beta.
I would expect a YouTube app for consoles to have a feature where you could upload videos straight from your games. I think a lot of people would use it then.
They only make Buzz games because Sony tells them to, and that's because they all sell well, as does SingStar. Stop trying to put a negative slant on anything Kinect-related.
This article has nothing to do with the PS3, all comments about the PS3 should be marked as spam. It would stop articles like these turning into flamewars.
N4G probably isn't the most objective website to propose this question to.
Every company means shipped when they say sold. However, the actual sales figures won't be far behind, so it's a massive achievement nonetheless.
They certainly shouldn't be when it's only released in one territory.
At one point, they said that FFXIII was designed specifically for the PS3 and would use all its power. Designers often say this to hype their game, until the publisher decides they want to make it for another console.
In any case I wouldn't buy it, FF is a tired franchise that hasn't really impressed since the days of the PS1.
I would much rather they had issued MGS4 with multiple discs rather than having to wait for each chapter to install. So no, I wouldn't mind.
I thought the idea of these episodes was so that we wouldn't have to wait another 6 years for a full Half-life game. It's already been 5 years since Episode 1!
You're a title fail.
There's nothing wrong with it.
800,000 units is hardly worth considering going down the timed exclusive route.
And yet they managed to produce the best JRPG of this generation, Lost Odyssey.

For your information, I only own a 360 (my housemate has a PS3). Does that mean I'm not allowed to say anything good about the PS3?
