God of War 3 looks better than Killzone 3.
Nice. I'm a good 6-7 hours into the Crysis 2 campaign and I don't think I'm nearing the end just yet. Getting 10 hours out of a FPS campaign is good enough I reckon.
See E3 two years ago... I've played and completed it mate, so I think it's my word over yours.
Flower was a great game, but I don't see any evidence of it selling well. As for Limbo: http://www.computerandvideo...
PS3 fanboys always bring up Alan Wake as a reason why niche games don't sell on the 360. Alan Wake isn't a niche game, it's a shooter. The fact that it's constantly compared to Heavy Rain is evidence that you know nothing about it.
I would love to know the last time an arcade title like Limbo sold over half a million on the PS3.
Same here. Can't wait for the return of Soap and Price.
Firstly, well done to the author for linking all the necessary cheating/hacking material in the article, I'm sure that will be a big help to Crytek. Second, they have already announced a new patch for this week, so saying "they don't care" is complete bollocks.
Seriously, if there is ever a prime example for a website to be blacklisted from N4G, this is it.
The article is from a 360 website, what games do you expect them to be talking about?
Get rid of the invisibility concept, it has no place in the Resi Evil series.
Don't need any of those with the Gears 3 beta starting next month.
What's there to get, they're 360 games. Why does everything boil down to exclusives? Are multiplatform games not real games in your eyes?
Or maybe because COD is on every console and Killzone is only on one.
Sometimes the competition needs to step up in order to give the market leaders a kick up the arse. The quality of COD will likely improve due to the release of Battlefield 3.
The UK is predominantly 360-oriented when it comes to sales. Even the 360 version of Homefront outsold the PS3 version of Crysis 2.
Funny how people have never had a problem with on-rails games until the release of Kinect.
Looks like House of the Dead meets Condemned. A winning formula on paper, but I would like to see some gameplay footage first.
COD actually became the benchmark for console multiplayer. How many games do you see now that use some form of perks and killstreaks? This formula has been so successful that they have been able to reiterate on it for years with minimal changes.
DICE haven't showed anything in Battlefield 3 yet that can be classed as innovative. Yeah the graphics look good, but when developers run their mouths constantly it often shows an insecurity with their own product.
Talk about jumping to conclusions. Oh some people can't access Xbox Live and Xbox.com is coming up as a harmful website, therefore Xbox Live must have been hacked.
It is a pretty old school game in terms of having limited supplies to take on insanely powerful enemies. I can understand it not being everyone's cup of tea but I personally enjoy it immensely. None of those exploding bubble things in the sequel though please.
Metro 2033 has a fantastic atmosphere.
They are both cream of the crop graphically. In terms of gameplay though Crysis is a cut above Killzone. You can run-and-gun or play stealthy (ala MGS), and the nanosuit offers tonnes of fun gameplay mechanics.
