Erm, I think that's the point of the whole article. The editor keeps making 'that's racist!' comments about everything the journalist writes, and then they say GAMERS are the most racist thing about gaming. Was the satire too subtle?
Both games were captured onto a PC using composite cables. The PS3 footage was not manipulated in any way. Obviously it looks less than perfect due to video compression, but you can still see a difference between each version.

I don't think there's a double standard. Take the Hitman 2 uproar, for example. As the article points out; imagine if the MW2 airport level had been set in America, and you hijacked a plane and flew it into a building? When you try to put yourself in the shoes of the Sikhs, it's no wonder they got upset.
