I don't think MSFT is going to announce a console before they're ready so a bunch of PS3 fanboys can sleep better at night knowing the specs, one way or the other, weaker or stronger. A few thousand fanboys either bashing if weaker or spinning if stronger is hardly worth the impact of E3/Media/masses pay attention.

Taking a break from this game as I type. Truely mind blowing in game/gameplay graphics.
Cutscene graphics are Ok with nice skin textures. The environments in game have average graphics. Not much better than uncharted 1/2/3 and nothing close to Crysis 3 and even futher away from Tomb Raider.
I don't think we'll see anything match Tomb Raider (the rest of) this generation. Open world with special effects in lighting, weather and environmental physics on top of the textures and detail all working at the same time takes years to develope.
Reveiwers say Tomb Raider is better in every way possible.
Uncharted has characters developed over the series which is the only edge.
IMO Uncharted doesn't touch the story telling blending, graphics or gameplay mechanics.
