There's a delay in 8 countries. They already have production issues. The hardware problems are still up in the air. MS doesn't really have a good track record there.

I think Microsoft is banking way too much on Kinect. Seriously, at $500 only gamers will buy this console and Kinect wont' be a selling point for them.
It's not a smart ideas, although Sony hasn't confirmed their launch countries yet, I'm pretty sure they are launching in those Tier 2 countries MS didn't find so important.
You see launching in the big markets + the smaller markets is an even better idea as you can get your console a worldwide presence. PS4 seems to be doing pretty well in the US already and that is just with pre-orders.

COD will easily will easily win in terms of amount of game modes, guns, killstreaks and most likely replayablity.
We haven't seen enough of Titanfall and if hate COD, I don't see why you would like that game as these are made by the same people. The core gameplay looks very very similar.
Yield issues seem likely. Their supply will probably be pretty low so these countries had to be cut.
Call of Duty games sell 10million+ on PS3 alone.
Multiply that by $50, you get $500million in revenue from Playstation Plus at the very least.
