I fully expect this game to get bashed on Metacritic. I just hope they don't compare it to the PS3 versions. As much as Vita is touted as a portable console, it really isn't. It needs to be judged on a different set of standards.

No. You can still upload Halo videos, you just can't make money from them. Although since Microsoft does own Halo, you could get copyright strikes on your account whenever MS feels like it. So unless you are Machinima, you are screwed.
The PS3 didn't fail despite all the mistakes Sony has made.
There's no way the PS4 would fail. It's just impossible.
Could it be in 3rd place again? Yes, but that's not considered a failure.
For a console to be considered a failure, it would need to sell very very little and be discontinued. Think: Dreamcast.

I'm using a 160gig slim and I constantly have to delete demos/install data. I'm not even much of a digital download maniac and I run out of space. Those mandatory installs are a killer. I praise Sony for actually increasing HDD space on these newer models.

Games like Resident Evil are what make Playstation so popular in Japan. With the Wii U not having the power to not only play these games but at a higher resolution, Sony should really start securing exclusives and strengthening 3rd party relationships. We don't want that Monster Hunter thing happening all over again.....
