In all honestly this article is a piece of crap lol. All these HD articles lately have been. A waste of time to read, as it is to debate them. While they will coexist for a while with Blu-ray with more backers (hardware, software, retailers, etc.) it will be around longer that HD-DVD it's obvious.
While you are correct it's targeted to children, it's the older demographic that truly appreciate the game for what it is!
Why would the release it on the 360, they wouldn't appreciate it! Nor would they really FF13. It has become a casual system. No RPG has had great numbers beside oblivion which is a western RPG. Here's hoping for some love on Mass Effect though!

Why would Nomura (working on two ps3 games already), the KH team, and Advent Children team go work on the Wii??? Makes no sense, plus after how they already will know the architecture of the PS3 go make a game on the Wii. wow, I would've cried if this was true. I can see Banjo being scraped just for the sake that it would be difficult to produce a game form two generations ago without messing it up.
Both of his stories are just really lame journalism. He needs to do his own research instead of reading other headlines, and from the hate mail, or love mail from both sides. I understand what he's trying to say but it's just poorly done!
you two realize that they can change to code for each disc making the process of cracking it again, and again, and so on.
Either way, these programs should be illegal (for back-ups), and the people should be convicted. This is not good for dvd, hd-dvd, or blu-ray.

Umm forget about Ratchet! Besides Gamespots review and a few random others the rest we overwhelmingly so positive! nothing below a 9, and don't gimme crap about it being a 89% you know it's a AAA title nevertheless! This may not be a AAA in the end, but it is one hell of a title to add to the library just like Warhawk, and heavenly sword (short but sweet).
Everyday Shooter is better than anything on the marketplace, well except Prince of Persia, and TMNT 1989 Arcade!
It's about time, now if the original game boy, and NES aren't there they should be added. Those three consoles shaped gaming today!
Got to say, I have enjoyed this demo extremely. Can't wait for this game.

hahahah, your right it's over! Just look at the line up of movies, the software will sell on blu-ray of hd-dvd anyday!!!! They get Bourne, Shrek, Transformers, and the newly American Gangster. Most the other hits are on the other format, not to mention Mr. Spielberg's first HD movie Close Encounters. So these articles are a waste of people energy and time to right, read, or even wipe with.

while I'm all for about 25 of those titles, the rest are a waste of resources to many (I know not all)
the only thing that disappoints me is all the negative posts I see on these threads in all honesty.
Although, I can't hate because SOCOM is the greatest game so keep it coming i guess.

You know he has put A LOT of work and effort into the past GOW games, looking at behind the scenes that poor guy eat, and sleep it. That has to run you down. Good Luck on future projects, thanks for some great games.

They both looks alike, both look the same, both are great games. Go play em, and stop comparing everything! What is with this generation every multiplat is compared. Enjoy the games.
