Needed, and fairly well done. Simply facts, followed by a good motto "The Future is Blu." Not genius but simple, and clever.
first thing that came to my head!
Glad to see Mass Effect still with those number, and Uncharted hanging in there consistently with sales. On that note, Forza 2 is not a hit again, it just bundle within the premium, and elite packaging as with Marvel Alliance (he assumed so).
EDIT: When will numbers from VGchartz stopped be used, yes it is a estimate, but has been proving wrong time, and time again.
So what it was a AAA caliber game at 88 percent anyways, and anyone that has played the game realizes this. Now that it's a 90 percent I guess it more official, and a first party game has made it. Well Ratchet should count to but a 89 percent just isn't good enough for people to accept the game for the quality it really is.
So a marginally difference in the picture equals a huge debate of which version is better. Seriously.
All too right! GeOW (EPIC), Halo3 (Bungie), Uncharted (ND), Ratchet (In), Mass Effect (Bioware). Short list of the top titles the past year, are all from smaller companies that worked on these titles versue the other hundred that were average, or just good (I realize there are a few suggestion, just the ave. of games that come out).
I had the same thought process. I honestly don't expect a amazing set of graphics from GTA4, what I do expect is more of the same sandbox gameplay that simple is the franchise. Also add whatever story they tend to throw my way.
It's not for the ps3, the game is a port of the psp game, it is made for the ps2!
I think they are stupid to put it out the same week as Unreal Tournament. Would've been better a week later or earlier because any gamer is going for the UT3. Or so I would hope.
Shouldn't the wide audience of readers not the handful editors pick it? Uncharted is the game of the month hands down. COD is great as well.
haha my man meant picture quality... SUPERBAD tomorrow!!! Reviews have been stellar so far.
This merger doesn't bother me much at all, but the idea of EA trying to gain more stock in Ubisoft does. EA needs to back down and just focus on their crappy versions of Madden, and so on. If they effect Bioware a single bit, I will be upset(ie: forcing them to release the game before they feel it's complete).
It's going to be a BLU christmas! haaha couldn't help it. Got some on the list as well.
Don't count PS3 users, and such they loose my 90bd collection that would help the ratio.
I totally agree with you on this, but at the same time, there is a small percentage that will do this honestly without stealing the materials on the discs. So in the end, I believe BD+ is a great thing for the companies, and while has negative effects on some consumers but in the end it will help to end piracy which is a horrid problem these days.
Wow I totally just read that site, it is the most fanatic site I have ever seen worse than even video-game fan sites. Horrible Biased source talking about false facts, horrible theory, horrible waste of a read.
They need to look at their marketing strategy which consists of TWO boxed in with purchases, on amazon you get 5 free instantly. So your telling me a simple promotion at Best Buy is going to set off the number when in fact both sides are doing so pretty fiercely. This is a joke article.
Me nor my buddies that own this have yet to experience a problem with the title as of YET!
While he says you waste money, no matter who wins the format war I personally wouldn't look at it as a waste because you'll always be able to these great HD movies that you already own.
It's said if someone actually spins this as good since overall for both formats on about 60,000 we're sold. That is a ridiculously low amount, and the 10,000 sold over the other shouldn't be treated as a victory. Plus, lets be honest almost 200,000 ps3 were sold that week, how many of those are going to buy blu-ray movies, I would assume more than just 10,000.
