I feel the same way my friend! Sooner the better! I wanted the bundle but I just don't want to spend that much, and couldn't play this masterpiece without being able to understand the story.
Mark Rein has given nothing but great interviews about any of his projects. I like how he is showing interest in the system, and home in general. Great little read if you like the Ps3 or a great companies thoughts.
Can we get a hint to when it's going to be released, hopefully the spring or earlier.
Um he's missing Uncharted which had a great attach rate than Mass Effect if you do the math. I want Mass Effect to sell more, great game!
If you really looked at the attached rate of uncharted, and mass effect to the consumer base in the States. You'd see Uncharted sold better. This is of course a if situation but hey whatever. Stocked Mario over a million in the states already, all consoles looking good, and the ds selling a million units how many years after launch, that machine is a beast.
Still waiting for NPD numbers.
Something that would be great is a universal system of ratings, yet something like this would be in dreams, since no system can really be enforced, by who? And Personal Opinion is different for ever person. Review are horrid, Think games great. Reviews are outstanding, they think it's crap.
The 10 gets thrown around a lot these days, A perfect 10 well those don't exist as much as they are being today.
Seriously, what is the point of a debate, it would consist of the same bickering information that has been going on in the news, forums, and on this site. Just biased information, shouldn't they worry about their products versus planing a debate about it instead. This is crunch time, not lets talk about whats good about yours and mine.
Wasn't this posted last week?
@ Mesh1,
While someone that hasn't played Uncharted would call it a crap game and who in their right mind calls a 88% score average a crap game? You sir are delusional. Halo3 is more of a crap game, while I'll give you Bioshock, and Mass Effect are great games. Still funny how the lowest score for Mass Effect is a 7/10 while Uncharted is a solid 8. Someone thought it was a crappier game than Uncharted. Right now while playing all the game you love to list as stellar game, Uncharte...
You make a valid, great post yet a fanboy quickly disagree's. Bubbles
Seriously, how do you think they can win in the long run. When more families go HD what format will they choose, the one with Disney movies, and not the one that has not a huge selection for them behind Shrek.
Why are you buying a format that is on it's last legs for the past year. Think before you purchase, the amount of quality movies are found on Blu-ray. Get your moneys worth even if it costs more.
The video contained show the real future of Hd-dvd.
I knew this was going to happen once it was announced being made by EA instead of Valve so I picked it up on my 360 instead. It's a shame because Gabe hates the PS3 as it is and will be like see it sucks! haha Valve could've easily made it work fine if they took the effort instead of the simple port from the pc to 360.
I'm confused how does it beat Blu-ray, isn't it the same discussion day after day with the same results week after week. Yes there maybe a few features but won't be a problem in a few months. They ain't beating anyone but themselves selling them dirt cheap systems. Onkyo just pulled out of supporting HD-dvd with their standalone since the prices are so cheap and they have no profit involved. It is what it is, where it goes in the future who knows.
At the two local Best Buys, there were a big supply of ps3 while the 360's were a little lighter. Both didn't sell out but Sony has a huge supply out there for this holiday everywhere albeit they sell or not.
They never seems to produced even a quarter of these compared to the premuim or even the halo consoles.
I don't know why but I read over that, and for the most part it doesn't sound well researched, is that just me?
Someone with some intelligence could tell they have been rationing the machines so there will always be demand and bring a heck of a positive buzz. They should have opened those extra plants they scraped soon after launch, and then consumer would be more happy or kids in the majority of this matter.
"snores" zzzzzzzzzzz
It has to be difficult to actually believe such things.
Firstly, leave it to the company, to market and try to sell instead of try to convince by a article. There are different type of gamers that like different experiences.
Online gamers will go for the 360 for now(very established online system that works great), more casual or younger for Wii (I have it and only play Zelda and Mario, so not all are kids just biggest demographic), and PS3 can have some online gaming (will grow in time to greater things), and a the greatest RPGs...
