Why is anyone offended by this? I see it as a big compliment to Naughty Dog.
What you say is common sense, but I was surprised that I was one of the top players in a match after 5-6 months break. If I remember correctly there were some 4-500K ranked players last summer, few weeks ago there were about 1 million. I guess there are a lot of new players. That would partly explain why I was fairly good after a long break. I think real shock comes after advancing and having to play only with high ranked players.
"As with Tools of Destruction, the player knows what he's getting into assuming he's played any of the previous versions of Ratchet & Clank."
Did these guys finish their review before getting to time manipulation puzzles, or they just skipped them?
To quit smoking :)
I agree: it's already insane. Imagine 3d, surround sound and some strobe lights...
There is hope for humankind after all...
... this game is gonna rock!
I think my Facebook analogy still works. Even though Home is available for everyone to click as you say, still more than 20 million PS3 owners chose not to. At least there is no social pressure to visit Home, as there is for Facebook. I joined Facebook after realizing that more and more of my friends are there and after receiving several email invitations. I can't imagine many people signing up for Facebook on their own without being invited by a friend.
Why are you asking for a proof of 9 million ACTIVE users? Chubear never said there were 9 million ACTIVE users. I use Facebook or LinkedIn every once in a while, but I'm sure they count me as a user in their stats.
"@GrandTheftStreetcar - What a REALLY stupid comment there bro. It's a Final Fantasy game and is EXCLUSIVE to the PS3 in JAPAN where it was just released 5 months before the release in NA."
TheTruth2009 asked: "Scroll down the list and tell me how long it takes you to get to an exclusive PS3 title."
Final Fantasy IS PS3 exclusive and that's why I posted that link.
Here's the latest worldwide sales from VGChartz:

"Number 1: PS3 Final Fantasy XIII 1,508,558"
Does XBL have virtual reality space like Playstation Home? That is also a part of PSN, and there are quite a few things there like free mini games, videos, rewards for doing certain things like doing all the moves on the Singstar dance floor, completing puzzle in Burn Zombie Burn space etc.
MS presents Facebook and Tweeter as if they are a part of XBL. I guess Sony can say that the rest of the Internet is a part of PSN since it is accessible from PS3's XMB.
I'm just finishing Genji: Days of the Blade, and I can't believe how beautiful that launch game still looks.
As long as it sells two copies (divideby0's below and mine), I'm happy. But for Team Ico's sake, and gamers' who like quality games, I hope they sell millions.
Yeah, I also noticed reduced quality when watching on my black and white tv.
I will give you a bubble and track you AND agree with you for a week:)
Actually, PS3 owners buy more games per console. At least according to VGChartz. Twice as many 360s, but the game sales ratio is less than that. About 1.6/1 even in November.

I know many don't like VGChartz, but I couldn't find aggregate figures from NPD. All I've seen was TOP 20.
Yay, Pinball Fantasies seems to be working on PS3 now. At least according to the article.
Gliding in Ratchet Tools of Destruction worked perfectly, too. Shorting out circuit boards and laser navigation was a bit awkward. Heavenly Sword had probably the best implementation of Six Axis control I've seen.
